“Well, I appreciate your efforts at controlling germs, I think it is ridiculous that you had the coffee and juice cups at the breakfast bar individually wrapped. This necessitated opening the sticky cellophane from each before being able to fill up coffee. There were 10 people behind me in line. This is a stupid system.”
