“Toes in the Sand was perfect for our family. The backyard space was great! Easy walk to the beach and Publix. Beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and wagon made the short walk to the beach easy. The area of beach close to us wasn’t crowded so that was a bonus! Farther from restaurants but we were on vacation and not in a hurry to get anywhere. ”

“The house is adorable, close to everything. Easy check in and out process. Has everything you need. The pool was beautiful. The only downside is there is a house directly in back of the pool that is occupied so there is no privacy at all when your on the lanai or in the pool. ”

“The listing is a bit misleading. This is not a house, it is a duplex. There is a travel trailer in the side yard with someone living in it. There were a few kitchen items that would have been helpful like a bottle and can opener. A toaster would have been useful. We only stayed 2 nights. Overall, it met our needs.”

“The space was great for our 3 family group. Enough space for everyone to have a quiet spot. The pool area could use a good cleaning. The grill needs to be replaced, fire hazard. The freezer would leak water from the inside onto the floor, had to keep a towel underneath. There was a septic issue that was resolved as fast as the owner could get someone out there. ”

“Sanibel is back! Condo was everything we could ask for! It was well decorated, well stocked with what you need at beach, and location unparalleled! It was literally 30 steps to beach and had glorious sunrises every morning that you looked out the windows. We totally recommend!”

“The house was clean and loved the open concept. Easy instructions to get into the house. Great communication. The internet worked wonderful but for some reason it would kick the televisions off or our phones. It would do it at random times. Not sure why. Wouldn't detour us from renting again. Also to there is a difference between a spa and a jacuzzi. Did not know that till now. ”

“Struttura esternamente nuova, con parcheggio gratuito. Nelle foto avevo visto che c era la piscina, invece era in manutenzione. Le stanze carine ma il divano letto scomodo. Nel bagno c era la lavatrice ma era tutta arrugginita, quindi non l ho usata. Top la vista sul mare. Nei dintorni qualche ristorante ma sinceramente mi aspettavo di più.
