In the heart of the Kvarner Bay, not far from Opatija - the Monaco of Croatia - is our ★★★★ vacation apartment with 210 square meters and a fantastic sea view. High above the turquoise Adriatic coast with a breathtaking view of Rijeka and the islands of Krk and Cres, we are located in a paradise for sailors and divers as well as nature lovers and those seeking relaxation. We have built the apartment for ourselves with great attention to detail in a high-quality style and now rent it out to our guests according to German standards. You will find a very tastefully and lovingly furnished 4-star non-smoking vacation apartment with WLAN, wood-burning stove and barbecue. We attach great importance to cleanliness and offer you an all-round carefree package for a relaxing vacation. We want you to feel at home with us! Just as we like to live here ourselves, we would also like to welcome our guests!
Our modern “Villa Lauriana” in Liganj is built in a typical local style and is located 300 m above the sea directly at the Ucka Nature Park and approx. 1 km from the beach. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard, with four terraces in all directions, wood-burning stove, modern fitted kitchen with kitchen block, bathroom with rain shower and an open architecture of the kitchen, dining and living area with a total of approx. 100 square meters.
About 400 meters away is “Draga di Lovrana” a gourmet restaurant with excellent cuisine and the village of Lovran, directly below Liganj, offers with its many restaurants, bars, cafés and bars.

In Liganj, it is also possible to simply unwind and escape from everyday life or go on a hiking tour in the Ucka Nature Park.

Very good
Great appartment and great view. Be Aware of the steep driveway and the fact that the House is divided into 4 rented appartments. It can occasionally be a little crowded. The internet was too slow as it was difficult to stream various services. Everything else met our expectations.

Die Wohnung ist toll und vollständig eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Noch dazu in traumhafter Lage mit wunderschönem Ausblick.

Luxuriöse Wohnung mit Traumblick
Super ausgestattete Wohnung mit Traumblick, alles so, wie im Angebot beschrieben, vor allem Küchenausstattung ist super. TV ist auch vorhanden. Anfahrt zur Wohnung recht steil, schafft man aber mit einiger Übung und wird dann mit einem Traumblick entschädigt. Aufgrund der großzügig geschnittenen Wohnung konnten wir super entspannen. In der Wohnung und auf den Terrassen sind genug Chill-Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen vorhanden (Hängesessel, Liegen). 2 Terrassen sind absolut blickgeschützt, von einer weiteren Terrasse aus sieht man einen kleinen Pool, den man aber nicht nutzen kann. Zum Strand nach Lovran runter oder in die Stadt kann man auch Treppenstufen laufen, dauert aber etwas, Bus 36 bringt einen wieder hoch☺️, wenn man nicht hochlaufen will. Wir haben einige weitere schöne Strandabschnitte ausprobiert sowie Restaurants, die vorherige Gäste im Gästebuch empfohlen haben. Zum Minimarkt für frische Semmeln früh sind es nur 6 Minuten zu Fuß. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war immer total problemlos und schnell. Wir können die Unterkunft definitiv empfehlen.

Fantastisches Urlaubsdomizil
Die Unterkunft ist einfach perfekt und die Bilder in der Anzeigt entsprechen absolut der Realität. Es ist alles da was man braucht ... und vieles mehr. Die Tipps vom Vermieter bezgl. einkaufen etc. waren sehr wertvoll. Die Kommunikation hat wunderbar funktioniert. Alles in Allem war rundum superschön.

Eindrücke, die bleiben!
Morgens mit einem solchen Blick auf das Meer den Tag zu beginnen, ist eine pure Freude. Auch sonst bot die Ferienwohnung alles, was wir im Urlaub gebraucht haben (und noch einiges mehr) und die Kommunikation rund um die Buchung und den Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Der Aufenthalt war super wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Als Verbesserung sollte hier unbedingt das Internet erwähnt werden denn das war nicht wie beschrieben DSL100 Festnetz) sondern läuft über einen Internet Router und 4g LTE Karte. Mit Datenraten von 1-4 MBit (im JULI natürlich da Zellen Überlastet) etwas schwierig mit 2 Kindern und wenn man selber etwas Streamen möchte. Das könnte mit einer LTE Außenantenne und einem zumindest 4g+ oder 5g Fähigen Router einfach verbessert werden. Auch gibt es keinen TV in der Wohnung ( Hätte ich in der Preisklasse nun nicht erwartet) war schon etwas überraschend aber das habe ich dann wohl übersehen in der Anzeige . Ansonsten alles wie beschrieben Top Location und sehr ruhig.

Herrliche Wohnung mit unglaublichem Blick
Besser geht es nicht, das ist unsere Meinung! Die Wohnung ist großzügig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die umlaufenden Terrassen ermöglichen im Sommer zu jeder Zeit, ein schattiges Plätzchen zu finden....Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war zuverlässig und sehr freundlich! Wir würden jederzeit sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Der Ausblick ist jede Kurve nach oben wert!
Der Ausblick auf das Meer und in die Weite ist fantastisch, da kann man stundenlang nur sitzen, schauen und die absolute Ruhe genießen! Der perfekte Ort, um dem Trubel unten an der Küste immer wieder zu entfliehen! Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr großzügig geschnitten, war sehr sauber und ist perfekt ausgestattet - vor allem bei der Küchenausstattung merkt man, dass die Besitzer oft selbt dort wohnen. Ein kleiner Mini-Market ist fußläufig zu erreichen, dort gibt es auch jeden Tag frisches Brot und Semmeln! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war im Vorfeld oder während des Aufenthalts sehr angenehm und zuvorkommend, alle offenen Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Einen herzlichen Dank noch einmal dafür! Wir empfehlen die Wohnung vor allem denjenigen weiter, die die Ruhe dem Trubel vorziehen und die Wert auf Sauberkeit und eine geschmackvolle Einrichtung legen.

Moderne Ferienwohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht
Meine Freundin und ich, wir haben den Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Vom ersten Tag an haben wir uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In hat super geklappt und die Wohnung war gut zu finden, was ja in Kroatien manchmal eine Herausforderung ist Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und voll ausgestattet. Wir haben während unseres Aufenthalts von 10 Tagen nichts vermisst. Die Küche mit Kochinsel hat uns sehr beeindruckt, sowie der Kamin im Wohnzimmer. Unser Highlight ist die Terrasse mit Meerblick. Dort haben wir beim Frühstück den Sonnenaufgang genießen können. Insgesamt ist die Ferienwohnung sehr zu empfehlen.

Beratung und Service auf hohen Niveau
Der Blick von der großzügig ausgestatteten, sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung ist klasse. Von der großen, überdachten Terrasse hat man einen einmaligen Blick auf das endlos wirkende Meer (Kvarner Bucht) sowie auf die ca. 15 km entfernte Stadtsilhouette von Rijeka. Insbesondere der Panoramablick auf Rijeka bei Nacht (endlos wirkende Lichterketten) werden uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Jeden Tag genossen wir den herrlichen Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer u. auf die benachbarten Inseln, waren fasziniert von den wunderbaren Sonnenauf- und Untergängen. Die Wohnung hält was es verspricht, es ist alles nach deutschem Standard eingerichtet und geputzt. Wir genossen die Lage mit allen Aktivitäten vor Ort und ließen auch mal bei dem Blick die Seele baumeln. Kurzum: Sehr empfehlenswert! Wir werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen.
