“The room was clean, staff helpful and friendly. Parking was nice and handy. My only criticism would be that the coffee in the room was awful.”

“The room was clean and updated. The bed was comfy. The pool wasn’t warm but it wasn’t cold and the hot tub was HOT! Overall a great hotel with extremely friendly staff and a great location.”

“The only negative was that the room curtain was not very dark and, in the summer, the sun came up early and the room was bright. Other than that, the room was clean and had a kitchen and sufficient space for a long stay. The check in was non-contact. Just FYI. It was efficient and well done, though.”

“Web site and hotel said they offered room service. Not offered when asked; due to insufficient staff. This is one of the reasons people pick a full service hotel. Very disappointed. ”

“4-star price with 2 star service. We were unaware that you must place the housekeeping sign on the door for them to clean your room and even when we did, our room was not cleaned. We had to go to the front desk to ask for our room to be cleaned. Also, they did not change the breakfast items at all throughout the week.”

“When I arrived at the hotel by cab I expected that a bellhop would appear to carry my luggage in. I did not see the button and sign that said to press to request help during overnight hours (it was 7 pm) I think you need to make the sign more prominent and have it state that one will need to press the button for help at any hour. I do recognize now that you are more of a motor hotel and most people arrive in their own vehicles but I think you need to realize that everyone does not arrive that...

“It is a little bit older hotel but had all we needed. Walkable to many downtown restaurants and bars. Has big parking with easy access (paid). Two nice restaurants in the hotel, great beer selection.”

“Rooms were a little aged. TV system was terrible. Breakfast buffet was mediocre. Parking lot was under renovation. Small elevator was shared by tenants and staff. Not the standard I'm used to at a Holiday Inn Express.”
