“ “The hotel was clean and good, but the issue was that when I arrived late, there was no communication to let me know where the key was placed. When I got there, the door was locked. Wollten alle gleich wissen wo dieses Hotel ist, werden bestimmt einige bald dort hinfahren um selbst in den Genuss von den leckeren Frühstück zu kommen und den Sauberen und dem sehr guten Zustand der Zimmer. “We spend 2 nights (Friday - Sunday). Hotel is typically occupied Monday - Friday so there is nobody at the desk. You are given a code to retrieve keys to your room via email. Room was very nice and clean … desk had a refridgerator stocked with beverages… surrounding area was very quiet … small town feel!!! Breakfast was also very good with a nice variety!!! I can highly recommend this hotel!!!”

“The apartment itself was great, well-designed, well-equipped, and very clean. Everything else was a nightmare. Online check-in didn't work. When I arrived, I was made to wait for twenty minutes outside the building, communicating with someone at another location through the intercome. When they finally let me in, my room wasn't ready, although it was more than three hours after the check-in time advertised on the website. During my stay, there was deafening construction noise at all hours...
