Chalet a Luton

"Is a good place to sleep one night if you are driving and want to rest. Is certainly not a good place to spend hollidays in. Far away from center and from bus station you must cut trough a park. There is a restaurant and a close burgher king tho. Personal is ok but not 5 stars looks like a 2 stars. Rooms are clean but kinda ugly. There is a “gym”"

"This hotel has almost everything to be the best option close to the airport. It is in a strategic position, the room and bathroom appeared to be clean; the breakfast was nice to have (both for the variety and the space). BUT the condition of the bed sheets and towels was so disappointing! The bed sheets had stains everywhere, and there was long hair in three of the four towels. They looked like they hadn't been washed properly. I couldn't sleep. Finally, the staff was kind but the information they gave me to get there in the middle of the night was unclear and misleading. "
