“Amazing stay with a great location on the outskirts of Sapa town even though the weather could have been better. Complimentary afternoon tea was fine but coffee was only served with condensed milk which was not to liking. The indoor pool was awesome with the temperature of the water perfect. The Italian restaurant was brilliant though it was expensive and this explained why it was empty.”

“Located at 2 minutes walking distance from the center of Sapa, it's not on the flat part of the city, just a easy and little hill to climb. Nice staff, big hall to use in case you have some waiting time. Bathroom and shower facility to use after your checkout.”

“We did not receive the free spa treatment that was included in the stay, nor were there chairs or a table on the balcony, and the description of how close the hotel is to attractions is severely exaggerated, but the hotel is nice, clean, and comfortable. ”

“There were lots of things to love here and lots of things that need some attention. The sheets really need some good bleach and the heater in the room needs to be more functional. That being said the staff were very helpful and the place had a certain charm. ”

"This hotel is underrated but has one of the best views from the room and from the restaurant where you can see the mountain view with the monorail passing. The hotel serves breakfast with local cusine (one of the best pho I've tried) but also has selection of foreign breakfast everything was so good. Also all the staff were very friendly and prodfessionals ready to help us with our needs. Thank You Yen Sapa hotel, we'll surely be back here if we happen to be in Sapa again! Highly reccomended!"
