Grande casa di famiglia con bellissimo cortile e una vista mozzafiato sull'insenatura di Mallacoota, oltre all'uso di un molo!

Questa casa è composta da 4 camere da letto e può ospitare fino a 8 persone, con 3QB, 1DB (1 sotto il letto a castello) e 3SB (cuccette).

Ha spazio per parcheggio auto e barca, con un vialetto e cortile completamente recintato che circonda la casa.

I cani sono ammessi all'esterno - vi preghiamo di contattarci per discutere ulteriormente dei vostri piccoli amici pelosi!

In un'ottima posizione - essendo solo una breve passeggiata in città lungo la bellissima passerella sul lago; e moli di pesca letteralmente dall'altra parte della strada.

La struttura dispone di connessione Wi-Fi illimitata gratuita e Netflix è disponibile per tutti gli ospiti. Due postazioni di lavoro nella sala frontale che consentono / facilitano lo studio o il lavoro da casa. TV e lettori DVD in sala da pranzo, salotto e camera da letto principale.
La stufa a legna in salotto, aria condizionata in sala da pranzo e ventilatori a dispersione in camera da letto principale, soggiorno e sala da pranzo.
La cucina è completamente attrezzata per soddisfare tutte le vostre esigenze di cottura con 2 forni, una lavastoviglie, una macchina per caffè in cialde Nespresso (non è possibile acquistare cialde in città), nutri-bullet ed elettrodomestici da cucina in generale! Piano cottura elettrico a 4 piastre e bruciatore a gas a 2 piastre.

C'è un weber a gas e un barbecue americano che richiede perle di calore.

Christmas family gathering
The house is very spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The view across the lake is spectacular and great walks along the water's edge are very accessible.The town is charming with enough cafes, supermarkets and retail stores to cover basic needs. Betka beach is amazing, great for small children when the tide rushes out from the lake. We'll definitely be back.

Family meeting place
Great extended family meeting place. This house is in a great location and the kitchen is way more than adequate. The views are beautiful through large picture windows and a short walk to the water. The photos don't do it justice. We would love to be able to visit again.

Weekend stay with everything we needed. Each Bedroom is massive and space's, with a great lounge and kitchen! One of the best properties I have stayed.

Fabulous!
Beautiful location, well appointed and comfortable. Much better than the listing, and has been upgraded since that was done.comfy beds and bathrooms, huge fenced yard. We certainly will return. Thank you!

Simply The Best. Great house,huge kitchen and lounge. Big bedrooms and 3 showers and toilets. All on one Level which made it great for my 87 year old mum to get around. The owners are dog lovers,so dogs allowed🐶🐶 and they were keen to make sure our stay was a great one. The perfect place to sit and watch the world go by.😁😁

Lots of space in a house with a beautiful view of the lake. The evaporative air cooling was much appreciated on a hot summers day. A big house suited for several families to enjoy!

Stunning view to Mallacoota inlet
Our extended family had a relaxing time in this beautiful house. The view to Mallacoota is stunning. The garden is beautifully set up with the fence around for my kids and nieces running and playing. Kids were excited to find some geckos, salamanders, and lizards in the garden. The house is nicely set up with all utensils you need. A short walk to the town centres with convenient shops. A must visit the bakery to try local pies and the cookies and cakes. A fresh seafood truck near foreshore caravan park between 2-5pm most of the day. The bunkbeds configuration is 2DB (1 under each bunk bed) and 2SB,with 1 does not have a ladder, but you can still get on to the top bunk. TV in the kitchen, living room and in every QB room which is convenient. We brought our own wifi so we could watch netflix in nicely recliner sofas. A few selection of wines with piggy box to purchase is a plus point for this amazing holiday house.

Great property for relaxing stay
Big property with comfortable bedding etc. It was quite clean and very tidy with kitchen really well stocked for an autonomous stay. The position is great, especially if you like a short bike ride to town. NOTE; you need to take your own linen. There were a few problems with the main TV not functional, light bulbs needing replacing etc

Brilliant view and room to spare
Great location. Comfy beds. Excellent kitchen complete with everything but an espresso machine. Bbq wasn't clean. Big let down was wifi didn't work (teenager had be assured he could work on his laptop). No Netflix less important. Rang agent, left message, no reply, disappointing. Otherwise lovely weekend.
