This was our second time staying in this cabin. The cabin is very nice and is located in a great spot, close to the village. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working (we come up at least once per year, and always in a property with a hot tub). We placed a call and text message to the management company and did not receive a response until the next day. At which time we were told they would send out the spa guy to take a look. by the afternoon, the spa guy hadn't showed up and we reached out again. The response we got was that the spa guy isn't their employee and they have no idea when he will get there, but that he was going to come. He finally came, when we weren't there. Didn't leave us anything to know he had been there and again we had to reach out to see what was going on. We were then told that there was a broken part on the spa (don't remember exactly what part she said it was), but that they had to order it and she had no idea when it would be repaired. Needless to say, it wasn't repaired while we were there. Nobody ever followed up with us to let us know, or to apologize for not having something working that we had planned on using, or to say or offer anything in consolation. Complete and total lack of concern for whether or not we were satisfied.. I don't think it should be my responsibility as a consumer to have to ask or suggest for the management company to make things right (also the main TV in the living room was not and would not connect to the internet, but we already knew they wouldn't do anything to resolve it). So, although the house was nice and we would most likely have rented numerous times in the future, I doubt that we will ever rent this one or any other property managed by Ready 4 Rentals again. Not because the hot tub wasn't working, more so because of the total lack of concern as to whether or not we were taken care of.
