La casa arredata con cura con tre camere da letto per max. 6 persone, cucina completamente attrezzata, grill Weaver per esterni, WiFi, un bagno, bagno per gli ospiti, una piscina privata, una terrazza parzialmente coperta (con freccette) e una grande terrazza sul tetto è a soli 200 a 300 metri dalla bellissima spiaggia di Cala Mandia, le famiglie offre molto spazio per tutte le attività in estate e attira chi cerca la pace in autunno e anche in inverno. Al mattino si può godere della terrazza inondata di luce molto speciale. Attraverso le finestre della zona giorno si ha una vista sulla piscina blu che riflette il sole del mattino. Le spiagge mozzafiato di Cala Romantica e Cala Anguila si trovano vicino alla spiaggia di Cala Mandia e sono anche raggiungibili a piedi.

La nostra casa, che abbiamo acquisito due anni fa, si trova nella tranquilla zona residenziale di Cala Mandia. Qui 6 persone possono rilassarsi intorno alla piscina e sulla grande terrazza ombreggiata e godersi la vacanza. I 140 m² sono distribuiti al piano terra in un soggiorno, che con la sala da pranzo e la cucina (incl. Fornello, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, macchina per il caffè, macchina per il tè), bagno per gli ospiti, ripostiglio con lavatrice e asciugatrice, ripostiglio e balcone. Al primo piano ci sono tre camere da letto con aria condizionata, 2 camere da letto sono vicine ma separate da una porta, un ampio bagno, un ampio balcone, accesso alla terrazza sul tetto inondata di sole con una splendida vista di una riserva naturale. Qui puoi goderti il tramonto con un bicchiere di vino. È disponibile anche un parcheggio fuoristrada.

La casa è stata rinnovata. Oltre all'aria condizionata nelle zone giorno e notte e alla nuova vernice sono state aggiunte o rinnovate molte nuove cose.

Perfekter Kurztrip in der Finca Casa Jumi
Ich hatte eine traumhafte und entspannte Zeit in der Finca Casa Jumi!Die Unterkunft war einfach perfekt – sehr sauber, sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht.Besonders die idyllische Lage und der herrliche Pool hat mich begeistert.Die Gastgeber sowie das Team vor Ort waren super freundlich, stets hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, sodass ich mich rundum wohlgefühlt habe.Wer auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Komfort ist, wird hier definitiv fündig.Die Finca ist definitiv auch für einen Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie perfekt geeignet!Ich komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Unbewohnbar im Winter
Schlafzimmer voll mit Schimmel . Heizung keine Leistung und das Haus kalt. Da würde man erhebliche Heizkosten haben die man ja selber bezahlt. BETTWÄSCHE war nass durch die Feuchtigkeit im Haus.Haus ist unbewohnbar im Winter. Wir sind sofort abgereist und haben uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht die natürlich so kurzfristig das dreifache kostete. Da nützt auch nix das der Vermieter das Geld zurück zahlte.

Schönes Haus mit einigen Mängeln. Wir waren im Oktober zu zweit für zwei Wochen im Casa Jumi. Zuerst einmal möchten wir sagen dass das Haus grundsätzlich schön ist und die Betreuung durch MonCori vor Ort super war. Auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr gut. Die guten bis sehr guten Bewertungen der anderen Urlauber können wir jedoch nicht uneingeschränkt teilen. Das Haus hat einige Mängel und es müsste aus unserer Sicht mehr investiert werden. Es sind keine gravierenden Mängel sondern die Summe der Mängel an sich die dazu führen das wir die Unterkunft wohl nicht noch einmal buchen würden. Es fängt mit herausfallenden Silikondichtungen in der Badewanne/Dusche und Schimmel an, geht über lockere Handtuchhalter über dem Bidet und einem losem Lichtschalter im „Kinderzimmer“ weiter. In der Küche spritzt der Wasserhahn in alle Richtungen, der Abfluss in der Spüle läuft extrem langsam ab und die Spüle ist an einer Seite locker und ist auf der anderen Seite mit zwei Schrauben von oben in die Arbeitsplatte geschraubt. Der Kühlschrank, die Spülmaschine und das Regal in der Küche rosten. Der Geschirrspüler auch innen. Die Stühle am Esstisch wackeln und bei den Stühlen auf der Terrasse sind die Verstrebungen unter der Sitzfläche gebrochen. Die Griffe an den Fensterläden sind zum Teil locker. Wie gesagt, alles nicht so dramatisch aber in der Summe dann für uns zu viel. Preis/Leistung passt nicht.Bemerkenswert noch das die Vermieter unmittelbar vor uns im Haus Urlaub gemacht haben…

Wohlfühlfaktor von Anfang an
Haben uns vom ersten Tag an in der Casa Jumi sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Schlüsselübergabe durch Andreas war super. Bei kleinen Problemen brauchten wir Andreas nur kurz über WhatsApp kontaktieren und schon wurde einem geholfen. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern Felicita und Armin war auch ganz toll. Sehr sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeber. Ganz klare Empfehlung. Gern wieder.

Ruhig und komfortabel den Urlaub genießen...
...konnten wir bei schönstem Wetter im Casa Jumi. Die Besitzerin hat uns bereits vor dem Urlaub mit allerlei Informationen versorgt. So war es ein leichtes Ankommen und ein individueller, reibungsloser Empfang durch die Hausverwaltung. Die Küche und überhaupt das ganze Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll hergerichtet. Wir haben uns über zahlreiche große und kleine Handtücher gefreut. Das spart Urlaubsgepäck. Der Garten mit Pool bietet allen Komfort inklusive Weber-Grill und zahlreiche Sonnenliegen. Auf der Dachterrasse ist ein weiter Blick über die Landschaft möglich. Lediglich das eine Bett (Schlafzimmer mit Balkon zum Pool) war gewöhnungsbedürftig, da die Matratzen recht weich sind und es bei jeder Drehbewegung wackelt. Die Lage ist super, da es am Ortsrand grün und ruhig ist. Bis zur 1. Bucht sind wir lediglich 10 min gelaufen. Mit dem Mietwagen sind innerhalb 30 min mindestens 10 kleine Buchten zu erreichen, die ideale Schnorchelbedingungen bieten und im Oktober nicht überlaufen sind. Das Haus ist eine absolute Empfehlung!

Great location, ideal for young families
The Villa is in a great, quiet location, easy walk to a couple of beaches, close to local supermarkets for your essentials and a few restaurants. The Villa had everything we needed, very clean and as described in the itinerary. We were met by Corinna who explained all the facilities in the Villa and advised where everything was locally. She was available throughout our stay and responded to any requests immediately. The third bedroom can only be accessed through another bedroom which is great if you have young children, we were a group of 4 adults with a 3 year old and a 4 month baby. Everything was provided for the children with a high chair and travel cot with all the bedding, there was also buckets, spades and a few toys the children could use. The pool is fabulous with steps into it, part shaded which is ideal for the strength of the sun. The Wi-Fi was fine for everyday use but not strong enough if you wanted to live stream anything. There is cable tv but you can only get German channels on it. Porto Cristo is a nearby lovely town and definitely worth a visit with lots of restaurants. There is a local regular bus service, we hired a car as we were a large group which we found really useful to get to the big supermarkets and visit local attractions. I would definitely recommend this villa and would book this again. A fabulous holiday had by all of us

Fabulous 10 night stay
Comfortable villa with all the amenities you need for a relaxing time enjoying the sun and local area. Would recommend a hire car for ease but there did seem to be a good local bus service. Pool was a good size, kids enjoyed having a few inflatables. Roof terrace a great bonus for a morning coffee or evening drink whilst enjoying the sunset. 2 beaches in walking distance, another, Cala Romantica, slightly further away. Few bars, restaurants and shops locally. Small bakery 2min walk away, perfect for fresh bread and morming pastries. Had some lovely meals in Porto Cristo and enjoyed a visit to Palma. Would highly recommend to families and couples wanting a relaxing week in the sun, stress free!

Fantastic escape
The villa was immaculate, everything we needed was there & more. Wine on arrival & a lovely welcome from our host. Plenty of sun loungers & a lovely roof terrace with stunning views. Just a short walk from two clean, sandy beaches with beautiful clear water to swim & snorkel. Would recommend to all families.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub
Für uns war das Domizil ideal. Der Pool war für uns sehr wichtig, da wir nur morgens in der Früh an den Strand zum Baden gehen und uns dann tagsüber ruhig im Pool entspannen konnten. Wir würden aber empfehlen an die Cala Romantika zum Baden zu fahren. Die Liegen sind bis 11:00 Uhr kostenfrei. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Wir würden das Objekt immer gerne weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Alles sauber und alles nötige vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieterin und Betreuerin vor Ort war ganz hervorragend. Wir waren nur kurz da, haben es aber sehr genossen. La maison est très bien située et offre tout le confort nécessaire (barbecue, piscine, terrasses) pour passer un agréable séjour en famille. Elle est a proximité d une très jolie plage. La piscine est contrôlée par un spécialiste et nettoyée très régulièrement. Les propriétaires et les équipes d accueil sont très sympathiques et très pro. Des petites attentions nous attendaient a notre arrivée (boissons fraîches, gâteaux apéro, vin) ce qui vous plonge très vite en ambiance vacances. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en l île regorge de coin a voir. Un impératif : avoir un véhicule pour profiter pleinement de votre séjour et découvrir majorque

Der Gesamteindruck war zunächst gut, ebenso die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin und dem Team für das Housekeeping. Das Ferienhaus hat eine schöne, ruhige Lage. Selbst im Winter waren einige der benachbarten Häuser bewohnt. Die Ausstattung mit Haushaltsgeräten, incl. Gartengrill war gut. Es zeigten sich innerhalb der ersten Tage unseres 6 wöchigen Aufenthalts diverse technische Mängel, die allerdings von dem Betreuerteam bzw. von beauftragten Handwerkern rasch behoben wurden. Leider wurde bei zeitweise kaltem und regnerischen Wetter deutlich, dass das Haus kaum wintergeeignet ist. Dies liegt an der ortsüblichen Bauweise mit kaum vorhandener Isolierung. Das Heizen mit einer Klimaanlage bzw. Elektroradiatoren ist bei Temperaturen um 5 Grad nicht ausreichend. Bei Dauerregen gab es in einem Abstellraum aufsteigendes Wasser, so dass wir 2 Tage lang mit Aufwischen beschäftigt waren. Insgesamt waren die Wände kalt und stellenweise feucht, so dass wir trotz Heizens kein gemütliches Raumklima erreichen konnten.

Schöne Ferien in Cala Mendia
Sehr netter und proaktiver Kontakt zu den Gastgebern. Sehr gute Betreuung vom Team vor Ort. Das Haus ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist klasse. Cala Mendia mit den drei Buchten ist wunderschön.

Lovely location and relaxing holiday.
Enjoyed 6 nights here with my sister mid September. Peaceful location and walking distance to local shops and restaurants. 3rd double bedroom is off another bedroom. Fine for families, but not ideal for 6 adults. Not a problem for us as only two bedrooms needed. Everything was spotlessly clean and the villa is well equipped. Pool lovely. Nearby beaches are very picturesque. We didn’t hire a car from Palma, which would have been useful if we wanted to go further afield. We got the shuttle bus from the airport to Insotel hotel then it was a 5 minute walk to the villa. Journey time was 1 hour once we left. The shuttle bus appears to wait until they have enough passengers to make the journey viable. We waited 30 mins before departing. We used taxis the rest of the time to go supermarket shopping and sightseeing. If you can’t get one in the taxi rank, the Insotel hotel will order one for you or you can ring for one yourself. Most drivers understood enough English to understand. Don’t forget you plug adapters as they are 2 pin. Would definitely return to Casa Jumi. Lovely villa in a great location
Villa is in a lovely location. The beaches are stunning and all a walk away. Villa has everything you could possibly need for a good holiday. Corinna was very helpful and make the check in very smooth. The Villa bedroom set up didn't meet our families needs as I have two teenagers who do not want to share a room, and one of the bedrooms are interconnecting which meant that my youngest shared a room with us in the adjoining room! The resort of fairly quiet with a few very good restaurants. Eating in was fine, although if you want meat you need to go to Porto Cristo as neither of the Spar sell any fresh meat. Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely go back to the resort. Probably not the villa with both my teenagers, but if they had been younger I would definitely return as the set up with the bedroom suits a family with younger children.
