“We booked here for one night, but we were left stranded by the airline, so we stayed for three nights: It has been a beautiful experience, the staff was incredibly helpful and kind, they helped us in every way they could. The place is quiet and charming, the garden beautiful, breakfast is rich, and we enjoyed the view on the lagoon and the free kayaks. Very good value for money, if you are looking for tranquillity.”

“Toilests are filty and run down the bathrooms have no proper shower and hot water .Cochroches everywhere no eating utensils no sheets on the bed only tiny blanket. Power points arent working, fan turn on no control full blast only. “Hotel grazioso, confortevole a due passi dal mare . La zona non è adatta alla balneazione (praticamente l'acqua della laguna non è proprio limpida) e arrivare al centro città occorrono più di 20 minuti a piedi e di sera l'illuminazione è parecchio scarsa. “Location was good, resort rooms/apartments need work as the are aged and run down, only 1 kayak didn’t leak, no bikes, grounds and pool/deck was good, iguanas are locked in a small cage with nothing and overcrowded (should be at least a small bird aviary with a tree/shrub them in it), food was good, u have to ask for rooms to be serviced (u might get it). We had no water a few times and couple of nights, Beach was good. ”
