“Che peccato! Una struttura magnifica in un luogo splendido. Purtroppo il servizio, dal concierge alle cameriere veramente non all’altezza (invio foto di come hanno lasciato il pigiama 😳). Nella lista dei ristoranti del circondario proponevano locali chiusi da anni. L’Ascensore è rimasto rotto da quando siamo arrivati al terzo giorno quando siamo andati via, eravamo al terzo piano. Cena con ottimo food e buon servizio ad un prezzo veramente troppo alto. Colazione solo “a la carte” lentissima e...

“We were given a complementary upgrade on our room and late checkout. The breakfast was lovely with a gorgeous view from the restaurant. The member of staff who checked us in was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Located just outside of Marlow but easy to order an Uber / Bolt which cost approximately £8”

“This is not a hotel it’s like a cabin were there was no facilities at all even the receptionist are but helpful and they don’t know what they doing as if they were just put in a job on the spot no phone in the rooms if you need some inquiry or assistance there is no overnight staff so you could be stuck here as it’s far away from anywhere …as we explore and have happened to have conversations with local folks then we were told that this hotel is used to accommodate refugees!!”
