The Kingfisher - 3 Bedroom / 2 bath Affordable, near All Star Village

The Kingfisher - Choose this 3 bedroom / 2 bath home for a relaxing getaway that is less than 15 minute drive to All Star Village. Enjoy relaxing or dining on the spacious open rear deck and watch the wild birds circling over the nearby wetlands. This home is located away from the road on a compound with 4 other separate buildings. It is a ranch-style home, with 5 or 6 steps up into the entrance.

This family-friendly home has an open flow between the kitchen to an open living room that flows through glass doors to the open rear deck. The kitchen has built-in stainless steel appliances. There is a desk area between the kitchen and the adjacent dining room.

The dining room flows to another living room. The 3 bedrooms are adjacent to the 2nd living room. The primary bedroom has a 4-poster queen bed and a bath en suite w/ a shower. A bath with a shower and a tub are off the hallway, near the remaining two bedrooms.

Off-street parking is available.

Great place to stay
I can’t say enough good stuff about this property. The house was super clean and very comfortable. We stayed the week for my son’s baseball tournament at Dreamspark and it’s only about a 15 minute drive to get there. The area is beautiful.. The owners messaged me to say hello and told me if I needed anything I could call her. I would definitely stay here again

Perfect stay
We had a great stay. Very comfortable set up, spacious rooms, fantastic blueprint so people can have their space. Loved that all soap, laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets were included. Shopping is about 10-15 minutes away, and Dreams Park is about 15-20 away. Thank you for a place to call home for the week

Honestly, my family and friends were surprised with this great house. Nothing negative to say except for 2 suggestions... 1- Main driveway/entrance should have more lighting for guidance and security. 2- After you park your car, there should have a paved way to ensure easy access to entrance.
