“The desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable. The pillows were terrible but the bed itself was comfortable. There were quite a few hairs found in the bathroom as soon as we walked in. ”

“The daily fee was supposed to include a welcome drink, 10% off food/drink and fitness discount. None of the 3 staff at check-in mentioned what the fee covered nor did the restaurant staff ask if we were guests of the property. I reached out to them on this and did not hear back. Hopefully, others receive this information when they check in. ”

“The room was clean. The bathroom was rather small and there was only one small trashcan in the bathroom. It would be helpful to have another trashcan. The location was great! Each room had chairs and a table outside of it, which would be nice in warmer weather. The keypad light also did not work, which made it difficult to see the numbers to get in the door. Overall, a good deal.”

“You could see the ocean from the balcony. It’s was steps away/easy to access. Lovely older building with parking for the residents underneath. ”

“There was absolutely no towels when checking into the room/ we were issued pool towels to shower with and only 1 a piece .. kind of bothered me but in fact was the way we were dismissed and treated when asking for towels that really bothered me ”
