“This was the perfect place for my business trip for a conference. The weather was freezing and windy so I was pretty much hunkered down in the hotel when not presenting at the conference, and the lobby lounge was warm and welcoming and a great place to get some work done or sit quietly and read. The staff is as friendly as can be (I would give them an 11!) and having complimentary wine at happy hour was a lovely touch. My room had a fantastic view and was quiet so I could get work done. “Front desk and bellman were extremely friendly and helpful, when I came back after storing luggage, she recognized me by name and arranged for its retrieval. I had a lovely view from my large room. The coffee machine was lackluster - there is a mini-bar I didn't touch. There was a fridge with water in the lobby I was grateful for after a plane ride from Barcelona. The bed, pillows and sheets were most important and very nice. ”
