Nominated by Archilovers among the 1000 best Projects in the World, Casina Trovanza was born on June 1st 2019. It’s a scent which almost touches the inner spaces of the heart we very often forget, and it makes them alive.
These are the spaces of the Di Gregorio family, who, from 1970’s, has been placing its own love in the simple gestures and the authenticity of the tastes, the same that mother Anna transfers from the ground to the table with passion.
The boulevard of the memories, of the magnificent Apulian olive trees, will carry you up where the blue sky becomes intense and the sun, at the sunset, inflames the landscape.

Builded in two different ages, Casina Trovanza is the home of the summer holidays and carefreeness, and its doors are now open to anyone who wants to experience the countryside life, the atmosphere of the limitless spaces, far, but not too much, from the city chaos.
The bright and contemporary design is mixed with the architecture from an ancient time, the one of the original Apulian farms.
The hospitality of a generous land, a traditional cooking prepared with the ingredients and the products coming from the vegetable garden, the lightness only Apulia knows how to give: when you think at Casina Trovanza, you will think at all of these.
Mirto Apartment, at the ground floor, consists of three bedrooms (one main bedroom, one double and one single), living room, two bathrooms with shower and one kitchen. Guests of Casina Trovanza, can also make use of the basement apartment, made of a professional kitchen, living room (it can be used also as a double bedroom), and a bathroom with shower.
In this open space, with a previous booking, the guests can ask for the first breakfast, lunch and dinner services, as well as take part in pleasing cooking classes.

The entire building offers air conditioning, heating and Wi fi, in addition to the orchard, vegetable garden and a small swimming pool.
