Cozy Cabin with a Gorgeous View!

Amazing views of the Delaware River through the wall of windows in this updated 1950s cabin.

You will be situated right between historic towns of Milford, PA and Port Jervis, NY. This cabin can be found tucked away at the end of a dirt road amongst five other vacation cabins. Enjoy the 400' of riverfront fun, from the inside looking out, or relax in your private courtyard equipped with charcoal grill, hammock, and fire pit!

Pretty, Cozy Cabin on the River
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cabin. It is a lovely space, with a large, open plan kitchen, dining and living area and two decently sized bedrooms. The main room has a wall of windows looking onto the river and the far bank. It is absolutely beautiful - and it's half a mile away from a large supermarket. Perfect getaway!
I can't say enough wonderful things about the host Krystyn. She was so flexible and accommodating for us and our pack, she was wonderful. This cabin had everything you could possibly need, they thought of everything! Love seeing the eagles and all of the wildlife, very peaceful place. Will definitely be back. Fourth Time
Title says it all. This was our fourth stay here. Krystyn is an excellent host. Provided almost everything you could need. It is peaceful, quiet and very relaxing. We visited local wineries, drove up through the mountains to to view the foliage. Went up to High Pont State Park and walked around. We will be back for a fifth visit.

Relaxing River stay
Eagles Landing has the perfect view and access to the river. It was a great place to kayak and swim. The cabin was perfect for our needs and well stocked with all staple items you would need plus many thoughtful extras!! We greatly appreciated the kindness shown to our dog’s stay as well! The owners were very helpful and response. It was a very quiet, relaxing, and restful extra long weekend for us!

Look No Further
A tranquil gem tucked on the Delaware. My requirements for this getaway : dog friendly (check), calm waters (check), small town vibe (check), clean and reliable host/home (check). Krystan was above and beyond helpful and gracious thru out. We had the cottage that slept two. It was very comfortable for Hubby, myself and our 60lb lab. The town of Midford is about a 10 min ride, and a must see. Plenty of restaurants, shopping and fantastic people watching. We got lucky as the music fest was going on and never flet "too" busy. infact . just right.

Excellent and relaxing stay in cabin
Wonderful place to stay! An excellent cabin; right on the river. Very comfortable - the mattress was fantastic. Had EVERYTHING I needed (and more); all the kitchen necessities, everything labeled; wood-burning stove; smore fixings! It was lovely being on the river; outstanding communication with Krystyn. Can't wait to return :)

Wonderful as allways
This was out 3rd stay here. Each time we get more familiar with the area - ice cream parlors, restaurants, winery's and other venues and parks. The Host is very polite via texting, makes sure you have all you need. The cabin at this point in time almost seems like a second home.

GREAT CABIN ON THE RIVER
Our stay for the Christmas holidays was so beautiful. The host Krystan was so helpful and the are doing a great job making the cabin evrn cozier! Even though you are close to both milford and matamoras you feel secluded on the river. The cabin wad clean and had everything you need...including Smores! Highly recommended!

Perfect getaway
This is a very lovely property. First and VERY important, was the house was SO clean. Every nook and cranny, every cupboard, every appliance was like new. The big picture windows were a big reason we chose it, and they did not disappoint. We can in November so I knew that we would likely spend more time inside than out and the windows (which were also spotless) and view were amazing. They had numerous place on the property to sit outside and enjoy the river. The property manager (owner?) was very accessible and was able to be flexible with check and and check out times. We will definitely be back. By the way, we went into Milford and at a a lovely restaurant and did some shopping. It is a very sweet town.

Amazing View !
When I woke up the next morning and saw our amazing view of the Delaware River - I was speechless. I couldn’t wait to make my cup of coffee and take it all in. We even spotted a Bald Eagle twice during our stay! Can’t wait to return with our kayaks! House was super super clean It felt like our own home! We just loved everything! Peaceful riverfront cabin
The cabin supplied all the amenities as described in the listing, making for a very comfortable home-away-from home visit. Amazingly, once you pass the wooded area behind Lowe's, the location is quiet and serene; we enjoyed the birds, the wildlife and the eagle perched on the other side of the river. Also, we found hikes and restaurants within 30 minute driving distance(s).

Delaware River
We loved our stay. The cabin was very clean, everything needed was available. The huge windows facing the river was where we spent most of our time; watching birds, squirrels and even a bear. Entertaining games were enjoyed most evenings. I appreciated how there was not spices, canned food left from prior guests, it made us feel like we were the first guests. There are many places to visit; Grey Towers is very close and an amazing mansion and grounds. An ideal cabin in an ideal location.

A Blissful Escape
The cabin was perfect. An unbeatable view, close to plenty of stores but still feels far away, and plenty of the little comforts of home that you hope a rental will have. Krystyn was equally as wonderful to work with. The only thing that caught us off-guard was that we didn't realize there were a handful of other cabins right around this one. That said, they're situated in a way that once you're inside, you may very well never know they're there. Would highly recommend, I'm sure we'll be back.

Excellent stay!
This was the cutest cabin right on the Delaware River. We hiked, rafted, and explored the cute town of Milford. It was a perfect place for us and our water loving pup. The host was SO responsive and the place was comfortable and super clean. Definitely coming back!

Delightful and restful stay
We fully enjoyed our stay at the cabin on the Delaware River. It was quiet despite being not far from busier roads and stores and nearby houses. Krystyn, the owner, was readily responsive and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the house contained all that we needed for our stay. Very convenient location, as well, for finding good hiking, waterfalls, and local history such as the wonderful Grey Towers estate.

Kristen was amazing! She provided everything necessary and was actively helpful in finding activities for us to do since the river conditions were hazardous. When the electricity went out due to a storm she delivered water and offered to bring coffee. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Waterfront Cabin Delight
Krysten has created a magical place for connecting with nature and getting away from it all. Her cabin is secluded and yet just a mile away from every conceivable need (grocery stores, restaurants, etc.) The view of the Delaware River is outstanding and the ability to walk right out of the cabin and down to the water's edge and relax in chairs is wonderful. Meals at the table inside and cooking in the kitchen, overlooking the water is charming. The cabin is comfortable, clean and stocked with so many extras to make the stay special (we had games, journals for hiking notes and a s'mores kit). And to be pet friendly on top of that is priceless. I would stay again!

Mini Vacation
The cabin exceeded out expectations. The cabin was well stocked with supplies and coffee, situated right on the Delaware River. Extremely quiet and peaceful. With I-84 right there I expected some noise. All you heard was the bubbling of the river and birds. The welcome kit included marshmallows and chocolate bars, we made a lot of smores with the fire pit. Grocery stores, restaurants pizza parlors all right around the corner.
