“Tracy is wonderful, and the property is very inviting. They provide hot chocolate packets, microwave popcorn, and the best chocolate cake to enjoy! The breakfasts are always wonderful, and the accommodations excellent. I have stayed in 3 different rooms, and they are all unique and comfortable. I love staying here when in Columbus, and will for sure be back!”

“Hello, My husband and I recently stayed at your hotel from Thursday, April 10 to Friday, April 11. While we found the room to be beautiful and our overall stay pleasant, I wanted to share a couple of concerns that impacted our experience. First, we were disappointed to discover we were incorrectly charged for metropolitan parking, despite already paying for valet parking through the hotel. “Although the property was old, it was kept up and some parts undergoing renovation. Nevertheless, my room was large and excellent; and the downtown area around this hotel had plenty of shops and restaurants. The breakfast selections in the morning were also very good. ”

“The hotel was okay. I can hear every car going by, toilet paper and paper towels were thin. No hand soap in the kitchenette or bathroom. Bed was comfortable enough and the room was very soacious compared to most hotels”
