Beware of the person who checks you in when you arrive after midnight! She was a nightmare! We paid for our room 3 months in advance, but this lady had me slide my credit card for what I thought were incidentals. Instead, we were charged again for the room. I showed her my receipt, but she insisted my credit card had declined the charges. She made me pay AGAIN! She was argumentative, and my daughter felt unsafe in her presence. I felt helpless because it was 1:30 a.m. and I needed a place for my daughter to sleep. At 1:45 am, we got to our room, and I had to call Expedia to fix the issue. They said they called her 5 times, but she would not answer the phone. Very, very frustrating to think $1000 was going to be charged to your credit card again. I barely slept, and at 8 am, I went downstairs to speak to the manager. He was very nice and explained that she was confused. He made sure the charges were reversed. Still, the damage was done. I will NEVER stay there again!
