Nuova tavola stile fattoria e casa battuta con cantina in pietra. Rampa e ampi gradini che conducono al portico d'ingresso posteriore Quattro camere da letto con letti matrimoniali e una include anche 2 letti singoli. Ci sono 3 bagni, 2 vasche da bagno e 1 cabina doccia; 1/2 bagno è comodo per la zona giorno. Ampio portico (10 'per 20') con vista sul laghetto con mobili di stagione per la vostra convenienza e grande griglia a gas. L'ampio portico posteriore con un'altalena e mobili confortevoli conduce nella casa attraverso porte francesi in mogano. Godrai delle belle aree aperte con il tavolo da pranzo (posti 8-10), cucina con granito, armadi personalizzati ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. L'area familiare comprende due sedie in pelle, un nuovo comodo divano e una bella poltrona reclinabile. Questa accogliente area offre una TV a schermo piatto e i registri del gas. Il piano inferiore offre due camere da letto e due bagni completi, entrambe offrono 3 piedi di porte per la comodità di tutti. I nostri pavimenti sono listoni di pino tinto macinato localmente che non sono stati levigati, il che si presta al nostro vecchio piano di fattoria. Le camere da letto al piano superiore sono tappezzate di efficienza sonora e calore per coloro che utilizzano questa zona. C'è un ampio bagno al piano superiore per la comodità di questi ospiti. Esistono sistemi di riscaldamento e raffreddamento separati per entrambi i piani.
Non dimenticare la meravigliosa area pedonale sul lago e la grande buca per il fuoco che si affaccia sul lago.

Wonderful 8 Days!
The property is marvelous and the host is the best! The house was well-appointed with everything we needed. It was cozy, though large enough for our flow of guests. The decor is local art and you never quit noticing something new each day. We were centrally located near all the places we chose to drive. Having stayed at several VRBOs, none had met or exceeded this one!

The house and rooms are larger than they appear in the photos. The area parks were very close for hiking, photo taking and the driveway added to our outdoor adventures !! Our second time staying at this wonderful property!
We loved this house so much that we returned this year for fall break. The house is so cozy and well stocked - it's like staying at a friend's house! The house has ample space, comfortable beds, plenty of TVs, inviting porches and splendid, whimsical artwork. David the host is amazing and so kind. Mentone in the fall is beautiful and we were lucky to have fabulous weather. We hiked at the State Park and enjoyed the DeSoto Falls. Highly recommend this property!

David was absolutely amazing! We were under a mandatory evacuation due to hurricane Milton and David made the process super easy and was in communication and checking on our travels, making sure we were safe during the entire commute. Family Visit
We enjoyed our stay at this cabin so much! It is the prettiest cabin we have ever rented, and it was super clean. We had nine family members and there was plenty of room. The cabin is filled with original art. The kitchen was well equipped, and the owner left s'more fixings, cookies, and a bag of fresh picked apples for us. We spent a lot of time on the front and back porches and the view of the lake was incredible! We would definitely recommend staying here and plan to come back.

Let me begin by saying the host is a great one!! He has made sure everyone in this house has had everything they would want or need!! We did not have to get one thing that we needed for this weekend! He went above and beyond with communication and making sure we know what and where everything was! The house itself is very homie! We enjoyed every aspect of the house!! Some of us wanted to stay longer!! We enjoyed the fire pit and the porches!! The kitchen was perfect and we loved the big table for our breakfast. Girls of Camp DeSoto: Three Generations of Chicks!
And the men who came with them!!! We had a fabulous time staying in “Huckleberry Haven” for our second year! We plan to stay in the future! A beautiful, comfortable home with all the extras, the host was most attentive. The house has become part of our trip. Huckleberry Haven
We had a great stay at Huckleberry Haven. The home was perfect for our family plus a few extra friends. Plenty of rooms, beds, & bathrooms. Great house and tastefully appointed with lots of local art. I hope we can return in the future.The only thing I would mention is that the driveway is steep and the road in is bumpy. I was in a 4WD pickup, so it wasn't a problem, but certain cars might find it difficult.

Girls’ Trip
Huckleberry Haven is an excellent house. It has everything you need for a fantastic stay. It has great seating areas for relaxation and visiting. It is located in a wonderful area that is very peaceful. The owner is excellent in his communications and provides all the “extras” that make for a perfect trip. The house is spacious and absolutely gorgeous - the artwork is like visiting an art gallery. This is the best place to stay. My friends and I continue to return again and again. You will love this house!

Cousins' Reunion
We are a group of older men who grew up together, and most are related. We try to get together for a weekend every year, usually in The Smokies or at a lake in South Carolina. We wanted to try a different venue this year, and someone suggested Mentone. This turned out to be a great choice, as the nearby attractions were unique and amazing. Our VRBO house was beautiful and very well appointed with books and artwork. The mattresses were super comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with. This venue was perfectly suited to our needs and exceeded expectations. We are planning to go there again, for sure!

Wedding weekend
This place was perfect for my adult family of 8 to stay in for a weekend wedding in the area. The host was amazing. He kept me updated prior to our visit with details of the home, possible weather conditions, and where to visit while in Mentone. The home was well stocked with everything you may need. Could not have asked for a better weekend and place to stay.
