Nunca recibimos un mal gesto del personal, siempre muy amable y carismático.Podría ser el hotel más grande o el más pequeño pero cuenta mucho la gente que trabaja para hacerlo el mejor. “An issue during my stay was the breakfast I paid for on the Hotels.com app when booking. After I’d sat down for breakfast the hostess came over to say the front desk had said I wasn’t signed up for breakfast. I showed her my receipt and went to the front desk myself to clear things up. Then, after finishing, I was given a bill for breakfast and told the front desk would remove the charge. On checking out, I had to wait a while while the front desk and restaurant straightened things out. ...

“First time my family and I stayed here and we liked it very much, it is a clean place, attentive staff, friendly and respectful, we also liked the pool area and the access to the beach, the only bad thing was the bad weather that we had in the days we were there, but I would definitely stay in this hotel again.”

“Great value overall. The hotel and services for the price was great. Their app didn’t really help at all. We had such a difficult time scheduling a ride that we just decided to stop wasting our time trying to schedule with the hotel and the so called app. We enjoyed the restaurants on the premises. Every time we ate at one of the restaurants we tried something different and it was always delicious. The mixed drinks seem diluted but the wine and beer that was offered with the all inclusive deal...
