“This is our second time staying at the Rio Vista. We absolutely love the setting right on the Methow River! All rooms have private balconies overlooking the fast-flowing river below, where you can sit and relax and watch the wildlife along the river. We watched a doe with two fawns, mergansers, bald eagles, swifts, and swallows, and went to sleep to the sound of the rushing water. “This was our second stay here and we loved it again. Our room was big, had a small kitchen area with a water kettle, coffee maker and a plug in 2 burner cook top. It was spotlessly clean and the location was perfect. You can walk into the business section of Winthrop very easily. Staffing is light, only the cook/cleaner on premises but they are very helpful. Breakfast is included and it has an array of items to suit everyone. It was quiet. Great place to stay.”
