“First, let me say that not having valet and having to find parking half a mile down the road in freezing cold and while carrying luggage was very very disappointing!! The room itself was nice, however, the lighting needs much improvement. Unfortunately, I would only stay there in the warm spring or summer due to the lack of parking, especially for this price point. ”

The elevators worked and therebl was always hot water. There is a movie theater across the street. We were in the area to visit Frankenmuth, so it was a 30 minute drive. We were happy to be at this Quality Inn. ”

Il giorno seguente, dopo aver fatto un giro in città, ci ritiriamo la sera tardi dopo cena e ci dicono che a nostro nome non c'era nessuna stanza e che non potevamo entrare neanche per prendere i bagagli.
