“A due piani e senza ascensore incurante dei pesanti bagagli ci ha assegnato (credo il proprietario) una stanza al secondo (peraltro l'abbiamo aspettato 15 minuti ... Aveva messo un cartello "torno subito"). Sporco, palestra inesistente, colazione per niente curata. Con un travelodge stai meglio e non paghi tutti questi soldi. Nella zona sul lago ci sono tanti B&B bellissimi.”

“From the moment we arrived until we checked out at the Marriott Courtyard Kalamazoo/Portage hotel, Front Desk Agent Ryan provided exceptional service! He was friendly, helpful, and accommodating! He offered us the “special of the day” to take to our room, which was a delicious slice of German chocolate cake, and told us there would be popcorn available in the lobby during the night - great touches!
