“I called a month ahead to plan my trip. I was coming with a large uhaul and trailer and asked if there would be a space I could park and plug in. I was told over the phone absolutely there is a place to park and plug in. We arrive at 7 pm at night and the hotel is not at all what was explained over the phone.
