“We loved the pool and the staff they were so nice and courteous.
Our room had wet towels upon arrival. Every morning we were awakened to construction noises( like jackhammers).
The casino and front desk help were not helpful at all. Our player cards did not work the whole time we were there. We went to the help desk 5 different times and even spoke to the manager. Our problem was never handled . We were never given anything in return or any points for all our play. Our cards still don’t...

“The staff was very friendly. We came to breakfast shortly before it closed and the attendant wanted to make sure we were able to have whatever had been available, even if it meant she would need to make more. The staff works very hard to make this a great place to stay!”

“The rooms were clean but very small. There wasn’t a dresser in the bedroom and you could hardly walk around the bed. You can hear the people above your room just walking across the room.”

“We stay for two days and I expect that the staff will clean and arrange our beddings but she or he didn’t do it. They clean a little bit of our bathroom but the sink you can see the dirty that they didn’t clean. I hope the management will check the room specially the sink because need to be clean.”

No house keeping came to clean room after two days so I inquired. Was told unless you requested housekeeping they only come on fourth day of your stay.
