Hotel a Milan

“Holes in the walls, a serious fly problem, hard beds, thin sheets, thin walls, and evidently this hotel is the Friday night party hotel in the area for teens. Everything else is standard. Never again.”

“Room was ok but pillows were horrible, all were soft and when we requested a slightly firmer we were told all are exactly the same. No one said a word to us in the morning despite seeing several staff members in both the breakfast area and as we were leaving.”

“We booked a King Suite with Sofa. The first one we were issued the sofa cushions were totally falling apart and sofa was dirty with dirty spots that had not been cleaned. Before putting our luggage in this unacceptabke room we went the front desk. I asked to be moved to a room in better shape and the desk clerk appologized and said it was appox 4:30 not all guests had checked in so as an an attempt to solve the problem he moved us into another King Ste but again the sofa cushions were...

“Towels and washcloths were soft.There was a roomy closet that lit up when clothes were hung. Breakfast was a good variety of foods.”

“My daughter, who is 18, arrived before me and was not allowed to check in. The policy is 21 to check in though. The hotel did refund our stay amount.”

“Rooms excellent size”

“Got in around 9-10pm, everything felt damp. Cranked the a/c, but even the sheets felt damp. In the morning the power went out because i guess they were woking on something?… the desk guy seemed friendly but because the power was out there was no breakfast. Went to the waffle house right there, the power did return just before we were leaving. I should’ve asked for a refund but needed to get going… i hope that was just bad timing but we were there just for some sleep and that was not comfortable…”
