Hotel a Milan

“The room was mostly clean, except there was food left in the microwave. It had a bit of mold on it so it must've been there for a while. I also kept finding a lot of long hairs in the bed (that I know for a fact were not mine since I have incredibly short hair). Other than that, I have no complaints. The room did its job of being a place to stay very well and the rest of it was pretty clean.”

“My ac unit started to smell like it was burning. Called the front desk and she said it wasn’t anything to worry about overnight (I was worried it would catch fire) and she would send maintenance the next day. But I kept waking up every 1-2 hours all night because I was still worried. It didn’t smell anymore but it wasn’t working well. “The bathroom needed more attention. Shower wasn't clean. Neither was the bathroom floor. Had I been staying longer than a night, I would've asked for another room.”

“Got in around 9-10pm, everything felt damp. Cranked the a/c, but even the sheets felt damp. In the morning the power went out because i guess they were woking on something?… the desk guy seemed friendly but because the power was out there was no breakfast. Went to the waffle house right there, the power did return just before we were leaving. I should’ve asked for a refund but needed to get going… i hope that was just bad timing but we were there just for some sleep and that was not comfortable…”
