Hotel a Milan

“It is obvious this property is under renovation, and the new management is doing its best to have some rooms available while the only other hotel in the area has been closed. The pictures are beyond misleading. New paint has been slapped over old repairs. The pool was closed. There was no weather stripping under the door, no refrigerator or microwave., no WiFi or breakfast either. The bed was new but uncomfortable and made noise any time someone moved in it. “We booked a King Suite with Sofa. The first one we were issued the sofa cushions were totally falling apart and sofa was dirty with dirty spots that had not been cleaned. Before putting our luggage in this unacceptabke room we went the front desk. I asked to be moved to a room in better shape and the desk clerk appologized and said it was appox 4:30 not all guests had checked in so as an an attempt to solve the problem he moved us into another King Ste but again the sofa cushions were...

“Paid for an handicap accessible room was only offered a regular room yet handicap rooms went vacant during tge stay. No breakfast offered. No television available outside 3 channels. Upon checkin the bathroom had not been fully cleaned. I have spent several nights here over the last 6 years; however, overall experience keeps going downhill. ”

“The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I was surprised how basic the hotel was. They did not provide breakfast, no hand towels, no facial tissues, no hairdryer and the front desk isn’t open 24/7. A sign was in the room that said that you could ask for certain items. The value was great! Several restaurant options are within walking distance. The parking lot was very well lit and felt safe.”

“Room was clean and bed was comfortable, which were the most important factors for us. Nothing fancy or luxurious just a basic room. Breakfast was better than expected. Would stay there again.”

“My daughter, who is 18, arrived before me and was not allowed to check in. The policy is 21 to check in though. The hotel did refund our stay amount.”

“Rooms excellent size”

“Got in around 9-10pm, everything felt damp. Cranked the a/c, but even the sheets felt damp. In the morning the power went out because i guess they were woking on something?… the desk guy seemed friendly but because the power was out there was no breakfast. Went to the waffle house right there, the power did return just before we were leaving. I should’ve asked for a refund but needed to get going… i hope that was just bad timing but we were there just for some sleep and that was not comfortable…”
