Hotel a Milan

“The hotel is obviously an older property, however it has been recently updated. The hotel was clean, quiet, and met all of our needs perfectly. We had no problems at the location, it was a good experience. We have family in the area that we travel to see a few times a year. We will continue to use this hotel in years to come.”

“This property was built within a year and is still fairly new. The beds are only queen size and are not the most comfortable. You have to ask the front desk for and ironing board and iron. The front desk is only open from 9am- 11pm which is an inconvenience. The location is great though. There are many restaurants and stores within walking distance.”

“Paid for an handicap accessible room was only offered a regular room yet handicap rooms went vacant during tge stay. No breakfast offered. No television available outside 3 channels. Upon checkin the bathroom had not been fully cleaned. I have spent several nights here over the last 6 years; however, overall experience keeps going downhill. ”

“The room was dirty. I spilled some water and when I cleaned it, my towel was black. At check-in the staff so so loud inside the lobby that I had to ask the receptionist to repeat her questions to me. There was no coffee/tea maker or even plastic cups to drink from. There was a huge spider crawling around the bathroom sink. This just wasn't a good experience for me. ”

“It was very dirty. At the breakfast there were pancake drippings all down the side of the cabinet, and you could see under things was not cleaned. The need more variation on their breakfast.”
