Hotel a Milan

“The room was mostly clean, except there was food left in the microwave. It had a bit of mold on it so it must've been there for a while. I also kept finding a lot of long hairs in the bed (that I know for a fact were not mine since I have incredibly short hair). Other than that, I have no complaints. The room did its job of being a place to stay very well and the rest of it was pretty clean.”

“The room was clean and smelled great! The staff was very welcoming and Joshua was very polite and helpful during breakfast. The only thing we noticed was some noise coming from the stairwell from people going up and down, but other than that it was fabulous!”

“Check in was a little rough. There was a new employee trying to learn the check in process with a trainer that was raising her voice at her and being demeaning in from of us and the customer in front of us. She was embarrassed and rattled and I felt bad for her. Glad I wasn’t her employee because I would have raised my voice back and quit. If you have a lot of turn over at the front desk this might tell you why.”

“I'm going to preface this by saying that I've worked in hospitality for 16 years and am extremely lenient and understanding. This is probably the first 1 star review I've ever given. I booked a room for 4 nights through expedia. We arrived relatively late and tired after driving all day, so didn't get a great look at the room before passing out. The next morning, we noticed that everything in there was gross and sticky. It took looking at the bottom of my son's feet, who had been walking around...

“The property is not what appears in the photos online. The owner was very rude, the front desk clerk stayed on a call for five minutes before helping me. The pool was green and dirty. The bathroom tub had mold all around the tub. The locals live out of the hotel, some with pets. I asked for a refund because the pool water was green, we had 8 children that wanted to swim and the pool water was toxic, we had no choice but to check-in and stay. We booked two nights but only could bare one night....

“I won't be able to stay there again only because the mattress on the bed was so hard, and not at all what I am used to at at Fairfield. Everything else was fine, but we did not sleep well there at all.”

“The owners are wonderful, and we enjoyed talking with them. Our room was very spacious and clean. There were cookies, chocolate, and mints in our room. The speakeasy had awesome drinks and food. The complimentary coffee in the common area was appreciated and the Sunday brunch was delicious! We only visited for one night as we were traveling through, but our stay was very enjoyable!”
