From checking in to checking out, i love the human interaction, so i never use the app check in feature that's available. Rooms are always spacious and clean. Bathroom well stocked with everything needed. Breakfast always hits the spot. I'm grateful to the each and every staff member that made my stay a comfortable one, it would not have been possible without each of you. ”

“Breakfast menu same as I’ve had for years, would love more variety. Also only 1 waffle iron for basically 2 large hotels, wait for a waffle too long. No towels at the pool in the morning. Someone should tell the clerk at the garden side a guest for the Homesuites can walk to the other lobby to register! ”

“This is a new hotel and is very nicely designed. The staff was great! The room was wonderful, except for the blinking light in the heat/AC (which negated the GREAT blackout blind on the window). The shower had low pressure and very little warmth - but wasn't freezing cold. We plan to stay here many times in the future.”

“The general manager, Jami, definitely stands out. She would do it immediately when I had some requests and she would go all the way to fulfill customers' demands. Have never seen a hotel manager did that.”
