“Everything is good”

“Hotel and staff were nice. We came from out of town for a festival and would definitely stay again! My only complaint is there was no elevator however that was my bad for not checking.”

“I was really impressed with the patience of the receptionist. She was with a client who just was a needy one and she gently guided him through the process. When it was our turn, she was gracious and so efficient! The breakfast had a really great assortment and we appreciated the friendly breakfast staff.”

“The hotel room at Cherry Valley Hotel was just okay. The room floor had stains on it, which is to be expected from a hotel room. The beds were comfortable to sleep on. There was no remote to the tv to be found at all. At one point, I had text the front desk asking for a remote and some extra blankets and pillows and I'm not sure if it was because I wasn't in the room, and they came when I was gone, but nothing was left by the door. “There were blood stsins on the sheets, food in the fridge, human and pet hair on the floor and sheets. The sprinkler was encased in hair and dust. We did not stay and went elsewhere.”

When we got to the hotel they said they had overbooked the hotel but had made arrangements with another hotel down the street. “Low water pressure,not a very good shower head! Grab bar by shower was very loose not stable!Also mechanical mechanism to engage from bathtub to shower was not working properly!Hotel was very hard to get in touch with with directly. No one answered the phone after making many calls!”

“No room cleaning available during our 4 day stay. Nearly impossible to access the hotel parking lot because of inadequate signage for a big construction project.”

“The hotel itself was great, but the staff is absolutely incredible. We arrived late and the younger gentleman at the front desk was in such a good mood and made our check-in process super easy. We had four rooms and he had us checked in and into our rooms within 5 to 6 minutes of arriving. The next morning we met the staff at the café that was also fantastic. I was blown away by whoever is hiring at this location. Kudos to you! I would highly recommend this hotel.”
