“The ac is super loud inside the room like it was heavy raining outside and I couldn’t sleep all night until i turned off the a/c.”

“For accessibility it has the features but not usable features for a wheelchair bound individual. I am bilateral aka and I was out in a room that I could not access bathroom and front desk said there was nothing else available so I stayed 4 days without shower and had to go to Walmart for bathroom usage! “The property is not taken care of. There was a dead bug in our bathroom. The toilet was stained. The pool had things floating all in it and was unbearably hot when you walked into the pool area. All in all, would never come back. The elevator sounded like someone was manually moving it. Terrifying.”
