“This ended well, so read through. When we pulled into the lot, there was construction equipment everywhere and a guy sitting outside his room smoking. There is no smoking in the rooms, so that was fine, but it felt like we were pulling into a low income neighborhood. The owner was communicating with us via text so we were able to go directly to the room and the key was in a lockbox. The room was small but cleaner than some 5 star hotels I’ve been in. “Admittedly from the road looks like your typical low budget motel, however the recently renovated room was fantastic. Large flat screen tv, fridge, comfortable beds. On site manage was fantastic to deal with. They even received compliments from a nearby dining establishment while I was waiting on dinner on how much care the manager is putting into upgrading. Definitely plan on staying when working nearby next year.”
