“the floors are thin so it sounded like a herd of elephants upstairs and the short toilets always get me. I never understand when I go to a newer hotel and they don't have chair height toilets these were especially low felt like they should be in a kindergarten class. otherwise it is a lovely hotel. parking should also be free”

“This was a very convenient place to stay for Mayo Clinic visit. The free shuttle to the hospital was excellent! There was very little wait time and the drivers were all nice. Free parking at the hotel was close and also free. Our room was on the 7th floor. It was 82 degrees when we checked in. Had to run the loud air conditioner all the time. I use ear plugs so it didn't bother my sleep. Breakfast always had great fresh fruit and numerous other hot and cold items. Hot tub was a definite plus. ...

“What I didn't like about this property was that you had to practically beg the staff to clean your room each day. This should happen automatically. Otherwise, things were great. I would stay there again. Very reasonable price.”
