“Worst experience i had, show up for check in and on the door it says hotel is closed for renovation and never was informed at all, left without a hotel called around and everything was booked up”

“Always as pleasure to stay at this and other Best Western Plus locations. The staff are always friendly and available and I enjoy the convenience of an attached restaurant. The decor is dated but it also matches the ambiance and culture of New Ulm so not a real detractor. The facility is always clean and seems fairly well taken care of.”
