“Saddened to hear that this Doubletree is closing their doors at the end of this month, September!! It is being converted into dorms. It was our favorite place to stay in Rochester!”

“The front desk service was excellent. I thought cleanliness was good. housekeeping is definitely doing their job. I had to pay $20 to check in early which was a bummer. Also the pool area is shut down. It looks like indefinitely.”

“Other than having long discussion about my service dog ( no payment for service dogs, they should know that you CANNOT ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT SERVICE DOG - PERIOD ! ), front desk was friendly. Breakfast ? Well, I do like donuts but that was the only thing they offered for breakfast. Not counting cereal :) Otherwise room was clean, smell nice, comfy bed. Water in bathroom sink run rusty so they should check the pipes. ”
