Please don’t book this apartment!
The platform automatically confirmed the booking, but the host hasn’t provided any check-in details, then she hasn’t responded me in Vrbo app, calls and SMS messages. Not sure, if I’ll get a refund because support needs an approval from the host, but as I explained above the host doesn’t respond. Trying to get my money back, because I’m not willing to pay this scam host for nothing! I had to book another apartment, otherwise I could be stay at the street. Very frustrated…
