“The stay was great, very comfortable room. Gave it three stars on service because when we checked in the lady was on her computer and didn’t acknowledge us until she finished her task online. Then she said “Sorry for the delay.” Didn’t mind waiting, but it would’ve been nice for her to acknowledge that we were standing there for a while.”
