“No working pool or hot tub but we were offered (and took them up on) going across the street to the neighboring hotel to utilize their hot tub. ”

“The stay was great and so was the view overall it was great place to stay and everything is within walking distance. However when we went to use the bathtub to take a shower there sewage backed up that came spewing out all over the tub, thankfully we were given a new room with no questions asked. Great hotel overall. ”

“They were great, the room was great. Perfect location. The entrance to biltmore estates is right down the block. Hurricane Helen did a number to biltmore village so that was closed. But the property was nice. Only downfall is after I left I couldn’t get ahold of the property when I left something in the room and no one called me back. But overall great experience.”
