“Property changed hand weeks ago and new manager didn’t feel it was necessary to inform customers that booked the property because of the several amenities they no longer offered. Their model is completely flawed as only 1 person works everything so even if you want to change the temperature in your room, you text or call to have them do it at the desk. No one answered!! “Very welcoming, small inn with accommodating staff. The included breakfast was excellent. However, being an historic building, expect a bit more extraneous noise from other rooms and staff. And those with mobility issues should call the hotel before booking. Most, if not all, rooms require climbing stairs. Parking can also be an issue, as the hotel has no parking lot and you must park along the street.”

“This property is right in the heart of downtown Savannah which makes it easily accessible. The check-in was not convenient. We got there at 1:30 and were told we could check in at 3:00. When we went back at 3:00, we were told because we were not Marriott Bonvoy members we would have to wait until 4:00 or we would paid $60.00 for early check-in. “I had a wonderful time here. I am gluten free, and the staff made a trip to the store to make me a special breakfast. The room was quiet, clean, and full of unique touches. The staff was incredibly kind. And just a 4 minute walk to the shops and bars. True, there was no designated parking, but I went on St Patrick’s weekend and had no trouble finding a descent spot. ”

“17Hundred90 is a small but delightful place to stay in the Savannah historic district. Well placed in a walkable area to experience Savannah. Owners and staff were helpful and friendly. And it has a cozy "Cheers" like pub to unwind in.”

“Went for our 25th Anniversary and was extremely happy. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Hors d’oeuvres and wine served every night also gave us a chance to meet some of the other guests. Such a wonderful view from our balcony and tons of restaurants all within walking distance. We would definitely recommend!!”
