“Great stay, great room, easily walkable to downtown Savannah. Parking is always tough in Savannah but the parking garage made it easier. We stayed during their first week open and they didn’t have a real reception desk at the time so reception getting in took a bit of time but I am sure that will be fixed as I saw the construction of the new reception area for checking in. ”

“Property was clean and well maintained. However very confusing check -in as directions as to which door(s) to use were not well explained- it was raining heavily when we arrived and we were soaked by the time we figured out how to get to the right door -parking is a mess as the street behind the inn where we were instructed to park is under construction- called # and woman seemed unsure of answers- ”

“The stay was very pleasant. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth. And the person at the front desk upgraded me to a suite! The only thing to keep in mind with the suite is you need to go outside to access the suites. Overall it was a great experience. I especially appreciated that there was no extra fees tagged on when I got there, which a lot of times happens. I also loved that there was a full kitchen in the rooms. “Overall a great location and most staff were excellent and welcoming. We were not able to access our room until the posted time but could drop off our luggage at the front desk. Not happy about all the extra fees and still trying to resolve the pricing. We loved the restaurants in the hotel with extra incentives to dine there.
