“The staff were extraordinary. From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed they were friendly, attentive to our needs and helpful with suggestions for a local restaurant that we could walk to (excellent Peruvian food!), to pouting out the freshly baked cookies and refreshed coffee and tea in the afternoon (we would have walked right past and the "pick me up" was just what we needed after a long day of travel. Claire, who works the evening shift, was especially helpful. Our room was clean...

“The entire staff was so kind and helpful! We dealt with four of the staff members during our stay (10/12-10/13) and they were just the best. The pool was heated, and our kids had such a great time swimming after a long day at a local orchard. The rooms were so big and clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We come up there annually, and decided without a doubt this will be our new hotel. Breakfast was also great- $11 a person and there were a good amount of options. ”

Leaky faucet. Refrigerator not working. Air conditioner had a bad smell. Fitness room was locked with a padlock. I think there was either no elevators or not working. Heard customers complaining when we were checking in and checking out. We only stay because no other places available. I had to...

“The parking garage needs a little more lighting at night. The ice machine on the 10th floor did not seem to be working so I ventured to the 8th floor for ice. Would be nice to have hook on the back of the bathroom door. liked that there was bottled water in my room.”
