“Primer Holliday inn que me hospedo que esta en tan pésimas condiciones de limpieza, la habitación olía a pura humedad y las toallas ni se diga, el baño súper sucio no creo lo hayan limpiado en muchos meses”

“Rooms have definitely been smoked in. First room we had someone must have just smoked in there. Ash in the window/ very accommodating with switching our room. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great”

“Our room clearly was not vacuumed and the garbages were full of litter from previous occupants. We were given 2 body towels for 2 people and staff were resistant to provide “extra”. The sheets on one bed had tears and there was a definite musty smell in the main area. Breakfast was basic but apples in the holder were clearly rotten. We will not be back.”

“If you're booking a special room through a third-party platform, be sure! Definitely call the hotel staff.Since I was traveling with my baby, I booked a large bed accessible room a month in advance. We got there a bit late that night and the front desk didn't tell us anything and just assigned us a regular room. Because the smoke alarm went off that night, everyone had to go outside and wait. When it was over, I asked about my room type and whether I could get a different room the next day....
