“I recently stayed at Hotel Orlovetz and overall had a good experience, but with some notable drawbacks. The hotel itself is great—the rooms are very clean, modern, and offer the best views you can get in Pamporovo. Waking up to those mountain views was definitely a highlight of the stay. The breakfast was really good with a nice variety, but dinner was inconsistent. On Friday and Saturday, the food was great, but during the weekdays, it wasn’t nearly as good, likely due to fewer guests....

“The rooms need an upgrade. Smell bad, the towels are so used or bad washing machine. The spa is excellent and makes all money paid. We get a ticket for parking on front of the hotel. The receptionist said the parking is not free but didn’t mention we gonna get a fine if we leave the car there. We left one day earlier, but no refund or credit for that. The receptionist said that is not possible because our reservation was pre-paid! Instead we paid the fine. The breakfast is served until...

“Excellent hotel and very good restaurant. Reception service/lady very strange, ‘’wow you are coming too early (11:00)’’. The lady was aware that our room is not ready even before finding our reservation… 😀 or she is having cristal ball or the instructions are to not allow guest to check in before certain hour. The hotel was empty. I really do not understand that… in every normal nice hotel are more than happy to make you accomodate in the moment that you arrived. She called us 40 minutes later...

“A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced.”

Cibo senza indicazioni di ingredienti - io intollerante al lattosio e vegetariana non capivo che cosa fossero i piatti, alla domanda cosa fosse - mi ricevevo un “Non lo so”. Al ristorante ci hanno trattato diverse volte come persone non grate o come se volessimo scappare. Niente saluto al ricevimento, neanche ricambiato. 5 stelle indicato è solo per bellezza”
