“The accommodation was cancelled,when we arrived we were told they had some water damage and they were unable to provide accommodation. They stated this happened 2 weeks ago but we were not informed so we had to try and find alternate accommodation at Double the price.”

“An extension of another trip further south we decided to stay at Kiama. The hotel is in a great position with eateries , cafes, the beach and the railway station close by. The room was quiet, shower good and kitchenette handy. The pool area and heated pool were also good. Undercover secure parking was excellent.”

“Great customer service from Deb, she was aware of our situation and was very helpful and supportive, we really appreciated it.”

“Room is spacious, room and grounds clean and tidy. Our fridge didn't stay cold and small freezer did not freeze but all other facilities great. Location close to walking distance to cafes, restaurants and water, and has parking on site. Enjoyed our stay will return.”

“We were a family of 4 and had a one night stay at the Mantra. It ticked all the boxes. It is on a main road so the surrounds are particularly picturesque but it was quiet and had plenty of street parking. We'd definitely go back as it was good value relative to other accommodation options in the Gong”

“Great place, very clean and spacious. However, we did not receive an email with instructions on how to enter and were locked out with no idea how to get into it. Had to wait for someone to let us in so we could find a number. Bit stressful but once we got in it was a great place”
