“The rooms are clean and spacious. We can even cook in the room and the pots and utensils etc are clean. Owner is friendly too and gave popsicles to my children. ”

“Mackenzie Motel was lovely. You would not necessarily guess from the outside but once you enter, you can’t help but be made to feel at home. The design, amenities, private porch area and little courtyard are very cute. Nice to have the refrigerator and the little candy treats. Beds very comfortable and price just right. Also a quiet little town perfect as a stopover on our way to Christchurch,”

“Absolutely loved our stay here! So petite and peaceful. The wifi's not the best but we were there to enjoy the views anyways so pre-download a couple movies if you'd like but generally such an amazing stay!”
