Se cerchi una vacanza in totale relax, lontano da vicini troppo invadenti e chiassosi, senza rinunciare per questo, al fascino delle più belle spiagge della costa orientale della Sardegna, allora questa villa immersa in un bosco (di cui 2500 mq recintati a vostra disposizione) e a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare è perfetta per te.
Noi ti offriamo un’esperienza unica, dove potrai trascorrere un periodo di vacanza armonioso e in simbiosi con la natura e il mare. Un luogo dove passare un periodo di rigenerazione e di ritorno alle proprie radici, dove fare escursioni naturalistiche e archeologiche alla scoperta dei genuini prodotti locali e delle feste del borgo. Luogo perfetto per gli amanti degli sport acquatici, o per chi semplicemente ama godere del mare in pieno relax e senza il chiasso e il disturbo, o la ricerca di un parcheggio delle spiagge più affollate. Senza rinunciare comunque la sera, alla possibilità di cenare in un caratteristico ristorantino sul mare (Marina Gio) raggiungibile anche a piedi dalla casa, o di trascorrere qualche ora nel vicino paese di Muravera, tra gelaterie, sagre folkloristiche e spettacoli di vario genere. Per gli amanti della vita notturna, poi, le vicine Costa Rei e Porto Corallo offrono la sera e la notte un'infinità di appuntamenti mondani come happy hours e serate in discoteca.

La casa di 100 mq circa, è composta di 3 camere da letto (due matrimoniali e un’altra con 3 posti letto, di cui un letto singolo e un letto a castello), 2 bagni (di cui uno in una delle due stanze matrimoniali). Un ampio soggiorno con un grande tavolo da pranzo, televisore con parabola satellitare e un divano letto matrimoniale che consente 2 posti letto per un totale di 9 posti letto complessivi. L’angolo cottura, inglobato nell’ampio soggiorno, è molto attrezzato e funzionale, con un piano cottura a 4 fuochi, un lavello a due vasche e un grande frigorifero con congelatore a cassetti incorporato. Pentole, piatti, bicchieri, tazze e posate in stile e praticamente nuovi. Un bollitore elettrico, un forno a microonde e un tostapane.
Le docce sono complessivamente 3, perché oltre a quelle dei 2 bagni esiste una terza doccia esterna molto utile per quando si rientra dal mare. L'acqua calda è fornita da un pannello solare da 200 litri che garantisce acqua calda a sufficienza per tutti e vi mette al riparo da lunghe attese tra una doccia e l’altra, e in ogni caso è presente anche uno scaldabagno. La casa è inoltre dotata di lavatrice e stenditoio per il vostro bucato di tutti i giorni.

L’abitazione, completamente immersa nella natura è dotata di molti spazi per il relax lontano da sguardi indesiderati. Spazi che potrete utilizzare per fare colazione all’aria aperta, per un aperitivo o anche solo per prendere il sole o, la notte, guardar le stelle.
Un grande tavolo in legno nel giardino vi consentirà di allestire e condividere al meglio i vostri pasti. E ancora, un salottino in legno sotto un pergolato di canne, due belle poltrone in vimini e due lettini in legno per prendere il sole comodamente all’aperto.
Un grande barbecue all’esterno vi consentirà di cucinare i vostri arrosti di carne e pesce della zona. La proprietà comprende inoltre un comodo parcheggio interno. Sono comprese 5 bici,con cui raggiungere ancora più velocemente la spiaggia, senza spese aggiuntive, un ombrellone e sedie da spiaggia. Vi forniamo le lenzuola e un set di asciugamani, mani, bidet e telo doccia per ciascun ospite. Non sono compresi gli asciugamani da mare
Inoltre, sono sempre benvenuti gli amici animali, basta che siano educati.

Con questo alloggio potrai decidere se andare al mare a piedi o in bici, senza usare la macchina, nella incontaminata spiaggia all’interno dell’Oasi Faunistica distante poco più di 500 metri dall’abitazione, o se fare un giro in macchina raggiungendo con facilità le più belle spiagge della costa orientale della Sardegna: Costa Rei, Villasimius, Spiaggia di Murtas, Porto Corallo, Villaputzu, Cala Sinzias, Porto Tramatzu, Villaggio Colostrai, Feraxi, Capo Ferrato, Scoglio di Peppino, Sant’Elmo, Castiadas.

La vicina spiaggia, distante poco più di 500 metri, è facile da raggiungere a piedi o in bici. Molto lunga e larga, è sempre molto poco affollata e vi permetterà di trascorrere dei piacevoli momenti di relax immersi in un ambiente ancora incontaminato all’interno dell’Oasi Faunistica di Colostrai. Questo vi permetterà di andare al mare in qualsiasi momento e a qualsiasi ora, anche la notte.

If you are looking for a holiday in total relaxation, away from too intrusive and noisy neighbors, without renouncing for this, to the charm of the most beautiful beaches of the east coast of Sardinia, this villa surrounded by a forest (of which 2500 m² fenced at your disposal) and to few minutes walk from the sea is perfect for you.
We offer you a unique experience, where you can spend a harmonious holiday in symbiosis with nature and the sea. A place where you can spend a period of regeneration and return to your roots, where you can make naturalistic and archaeological excursions to discover the genuine local products and the village feasts. Perfect place for lovers of water sports, or for those who simply love to enjoy the sea in complete relaxation and without the noise and disturb, or looking for a parking lot in the most crowded beaches. Without renouncing in the evening, however, to the possibility to dine in a quaint restaurant on the sea (Marina Gio) reachable on foot from the house, or spend a few hours in the nearby village of Muravera, including ice cream parlors, folk festivals and shows of various kinds. For lovers of nightlife, then, the nearby Costa Rei and Porto Corallo offer during the night countless social events like happy hours and disco nights.

The 100 square meter house is composed of 3 bedrooms (two double bedrooms and another with 3 beds, of which one single bed and a bunk bed), 2 bathrooms (one of which is in one of the two double bedrooms ). A large living room with a large dining table, TV with satellite dish and a sofa bed that allows 2 beds for a total of 9 beds in total. The kitchenette, incorporated in the large living room, is very well equipped and functional, with a 4-burner hob, an electric oven, a two-bowl sink and a large fridge with built-in drawer freezer. Pots, plates, glasses, cups and cutlery in style and practically new. An electric kettle, a microwave and a toaster.
The showers are 3 in total, because in addition to those of the 2 bathrooms there is a third external shower very useful for when you return from the sea. Hot water is provided by a 200 liter solar panel that guarantees enough hot water for everyone and protects you from long waits between one shower and another, and in any case there is also a water heater. The house is also equipped with a washing machine and drying rack for your everyday laundry.

The house, completely immersed in nature, has many spaces for relaxing away from unwanted glances. Spaces that you can use to have breakfast in the open air, for an aperitif or even just to sunbathe or, at night, look at the stars.
A large wooden table in the garden will allow you to prepare and share your meals in the best way. And again, a small wooden sitting area under a pergola of reeds, two beautiful wicker armchairs and two wooden beds for sunbathing comfortably outdoors.
A large outdoor barbecue will allow you to cook your meat and fish roasts. The property also includes a convenient parking area. Includes 5 bikes, to go more quickly to the beach , an umbrella and beach chairs. We provide the sheets and a set of towels, hands, bidet and shower towel for each guest. Beach towels are not included
Furthermore, animal friends are always welcome, as long as they are polite.

With this accommodation you can decide whether to go to the beach on foot or by bike, without using the car, on the pristine beach within the Wildlife Oasis, just over 500 meters from the house, or if you take the car for arrive easily to the most beautiful beaches on the east coast of Sardinia: Costa Rei, Villasimius, Murtas Beach, Porto Corallo, Villaputzu, Cala Sinzias, Porto Tramatzu, Colostrai Village, Feraxi, Capo Ferrato, Scoglio di Peppino, Sant'Elmo, Castiadas.

The nearby beach, just over 5 minutes away, is easy to reach on foot or by bike.
