“Great staff and very convenient to go around the area”

“Pro: hotel is huge and really beautiful; room was great with everything we needed and staff was very kind and professional; taxis are just outside the hotel and the metro is 5 minutes by feet. Cons: it's far from places for young people like Shibuya, so if you plan to stay out over midnight you'll have to catch a taxi to get back, which may get quite expensive (from 15€ to 40€ in my experience); wifi in room is not free.”

“Great hotel to be used as starting point to discover Tokyo. It has an excellent quality for price (if booked in advance) and it has got the metro line just out the entrance. The only bad thing is the restaurant closed for dinner after 20.30!”

“I thought the hotel was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel had many conveniences- a wide variety of complimentary toiletries, free juice and soda, and even a happy hour for guests. The internet speed was very good in case you need to do work or use streaming services. There were plenty of mom and pop restaurants and shops nearby. And there are two train stations within a 10-15 minute walk. All in all, a really nice and relaxing stay. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“Wow amazing choice of beauty products at reception. Easy and self check in and out. Cleaning when request or just change towel. Big hotel with rooms all the same basically with all you need. Good for work in Big Sight Tokyo. I would go back as metro is near and around the area there are few supermarkets and couple of bars.”

“Take the airport limousine to shinadome station, then take a go taxi to the hotel (make sure address is in Japanese). Check in was easy. They also have English speaking staff. Just a reminder that the check in is on floor 7. The buffet stays open pretty late. Room was nice and clean. Has all the amenities you may need. staff was very attentive. I did have one issue with the bath house putting shampoo in the conditioner bottle other than that it was a relaxing stay. They have a woman only floor...

“Hotel di buon livello adeguato al prezzo pagato camera spaziosa e silenziosa, abbondante colazione giapponese scarsa la versione continentale. Ubicato in quartiere nuovo arioso e tranquillo a 500 metri dalla metro e a 20 minuti a piedi da Ginza e dal mercato del pesce.”

“Hotel molto carino e personale gentilissimo. Avevo chiesto la possibilità di avere una camera ad un piano alto e mi hanno dato una camera con una vista pazzesca all'ultimo piano!!!!!”

“comodo se si vuole arrivare da haneda alla struttura in poco tempo. Buon collegamento con la metro. La fermata della metro sta proprio davanti l'hotel. E' leggermente piccola ma nel complesso qualita' prezzo non e' male. L'unica pecca almeno per noi , e' stata che non c'era il caffe come opzione, ne la bottiglia d'acqua di benvenuto. Essendo un silver member di expedia, mi aspettavo qualche accortezza in piu. ”
