“Gorgeous historic inn with beautiful warm sitting rooms on the first floor with games, a roaring fireplace, and relaxing music. Food can be ordered from the in-house pub to this room as well, or eaten in the pub or dining room, which are both beautifully decked out as well. Rooms have delightful victorian decoration and vintage character. This was a fantastic refresh after having stayed in soulless contemporary hotels for all of my last stays.”

Everyone was so nice and friendly and the Deer Haven cabin was a delightful place to stay - cozy and comfortable with fun rustic decor and a big comfortable bed. The heater worked great. “We always stay here when we come to Ferndale for concerts at The Olde Steeple. It’s only a block away from the concert hall and off the beaten path. Staff is extremely cordial and spends time conversing with guests. Tea time from 4-6 pm with extremely sufficient which includes wines and or champagne with th delicacies. It’s just a delightful place to stay and has become a tradition for us.”

“The owners were very sweet and accommodating. The room was great. The heater was noisy, but I closed the bedroom door and put my earplugs in. The handle on the shower was hard to operate. I would suggest more lighting going down the stairs to my car. But overall, I thought the place was charming and saw a doe and her FAWN in the morning. It also would’ve been nice to have some ice in the refrigerator.”
