Questa casa si trova su uno splendido stagno che è un quartiere accogliente. Questa casa offre un primo piano con una camera matrimoniale con bagno privato. Ha anche altre due camere da letto con un altro bagno al primo piano. Il secondo piano ha la sua master suite con bagno privato. Questa casa è perfetta per più ospiti che potrebbero usare spazi separati mentre si godono Myrtle Beach! 7 minuti dalla spiaggia attuale (proprio in fondo alla 501!) 2 minuti dallo shopping Tanger Outlet! 10 minuti dall'aeroporto!

Restful and Peaceful
We enjoyed our weekend stay in Myrtle Beach at this home that turned out to be just down the street from our family friends we were visiting. It was clean and welcoming and helped my whole family get much needed rest. Thank you!

This is a great looking home. The pictures on the website are true to form. The neighborhood seems to be a little run down. Doublewide trailer, stick homes and cars everywhere. But our main issue was the bugs. Upon our arrival we notice roach traps in the kitchen that were placed the day before our arrival. But it was to late. Invest in an exterminator and this will be a great home away from home for someone.

Family getaway
Overall our stay here from July 12-14, 2024 was nice. The downfall was the bugs (roaches) we noticed the next morning after our arrival. There are quite a few cats in the neighborhood. We are dog lovers. The location was great alot of activities to partake in over the weekend. Beach wasnt to far away. The house was surprisingly spacious. I wouldn’t have a problem returning only if the house is fogg and bomb.

The house was decorated in a nice beach theme house was clean adequate dishes pots pans for cooking grills available although I didnt use them.lake behind the house with ducks very nuce view my host even notified me that my daughter left her bank card great host Im impressed parking adequate. I recommend his property.

Perfect home away from home
We enjoyed our stay. The homeowners are great with communication. It was a short drive to all the attractions and the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly book the house again on our next vacation to Myrtle beach. There was plenty room for all the adults and kids to have their own space and for us all to be together. We even had a couple visits from the ducks and geese while there. The kids really enjoyed seeing them up close and personal. It was a short drive to all the attractions and restaurants and beach’s in and around the Myrtle beach area.

Great Property!
Everything about our stay was seamless. Owner/Manager Shaun was always on top of things when I had a question, and the property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Clean and comfortable. Our golf group would be happy to stay again!

House was perfect for our visit to see our daughter at Coastal Carolina. The kitchen was well equipped to cook for my daughter and her friends who wanted a home cooked meal after eating dining hall food for the past three months. The house was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely look to stay here again next time we visit

Lovely S. Carolina Getaway
We had a great time staying in this well-decorated, clean and comfortable home. Close to tons of stores, not too far from beaches. The back patio is lovely and the friendly ducks were a fun added bonus. The big thing that was missing was a hair dryer! And some coffee already there would have been nice. Check-out process was a breeze!

Perfect spot between Myrtle Beach and Coastal Carolina University
Lovely house with plenty of bedrooms/baths/space for family and was as pretty as its pictures. We were in town for CCU graduation and it was perfect spot that could accommodate the grandparents (no steps in and has main level master suite) as well as parents. It is in a quite neighborhood and has deck in back with pretty view of the pond. Owner was awesome to work with and provided very clear expectations. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to visit CCU and/or head to the beach & tourist spots. It was easy access to both.

There were 6 adults in our family. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. The back patio was nice overlooking the water and it was close to lots of things to do. We would stay here again.
