“I waited for 2 hrs to get the room. In Reservation, check-in was confirmed for 8 am. The property gave us the room after 10.30 AM and we were late to go for Maha Kumbh Mela 2025 on 12th Feb 2025. Staff Service Average, Room Cleanliness Nice, Safe surroundings, Nice dining nearby, Zomato / Blinkit available. I will give Average Rating only because we had been given room after 2 hrs and also had to dispute that free breakfast was included in reservation.”

“The facility was not fully ready to host guests. The AC window units were not properly installed and were just placed on a table next to the balcony door with the door open to vent the water out. The open balcony door was letting too many mosquitoes in. The floors of the building were under construction and caused a bit inconvenience. The staff was ok overall but there was no service that you would for the price I paid.”

“La camera in dormitorio che costa 2000rupees, me lo hanno fatto pagare 5000 a notte solo perché avevo prenotato con un app al di fuori dall'India. Hotel situato in un luogo comodissimo e centrale peccato i prezzi, a causa del kumbh mela i prezzi stanno alle stelle e loro se ne approfittano di questa situazione. Comunque alla fine ho ricevuto il letto, e un bagno che alla fine va bene. Non posso pretendere di più. Solo alla fine quando stavo facendo il checkout e perché c'era il proprietario...
