“I am handicapped and require a shower with hand grips. 1. The walk-in shower and hand grips were there, but the shower rod was installed incorrectly with the curtain hanging beyond the shower door sweep (shower seal strip) allowing water to run beyond the sweep covering the floor----very dangerous slip hazard. 2.Towels, linens---only 2 thin bath towels and very thin spread. No extra bed clothing or towels. Quality was also lacking. No extra blanket, bedclothes were inadequate. We spent the...

“We loved the breakfast & the wonderful lady who helped us. The hotel was poorly run 1) made reservations 2 weeks in advance, but the room was occupied when we arrived 2) the toilet was running over and I was told to come get a plunger & do it myself because of lack of employees 3) we needed a handicapped room ( my friend walks with a walker & had recent surgery) “sorry! all the handicapped rooms are taken!” SORRY was said over & over!!!”

“Staff was amazing. My cellphone got stolen right off their counter by a potential customer and they made so much effort to help me recover it!!! They do everything they could to make our stay as wonderful as they could!”
