Hotel a Nash

“Staff was very friendly, and breakfast was very good, however the rooms smelled bad, the carpet was dirty, smelled like wet rag, I got two rooms and both smelled bad, they switched one of them but the other one also smelled bad, had to spray a lot of Febreeze. Only one elevator working, took like 15 minutes waiting for elevator each time.”

“Nice new hotel next door to Olive Garden. It was nice staying in a brand new hotel. Staff were friendly.”

“The bathroom toilet had a small leak . Breakfast was not good . The waffle was good but everything else was not.”

“We booked it because on line it was a rate 9 and we thought with that rate, they would have a fridge in the room and they did not so we had to get two buckets of ice to keep our medication cold . it was a disappointed. Needed help with the TV and front desk said she had no one. Try to plug our phones in to charge them and the strip did not work. The room did not look like what they post of the pictures online.”

“was initially assigned room 202, but the door would not open, so I was given room 203. After lying down, I moved the pillow and found a cockroach, exactly as shown in the attached geo-locatable photos. I immediately went downstairs to complain. I was asked if I wanted a refund, but I declined because it was late, my luggage was already unpacked, and I just wanted to sleep. Instead, I was offered 15 USD. “Bare bone but it did the trick. Room was clean, bed was soft. If you want amenities, probably not the place for you.”
