“Dirty, and hot.”

“was initially assigned room 202, but the door would not open, so I was given room 203. After lying down, I moved the pillow and found a cockroach, exactly as shown in the attached geo-locatable photos. I immediately went downstairs to complain. I was asked if I wanted a refund, but I declined because it was late, my luggage was already unpacked, and I just wanted to sleep. Instead, I was offered 15 USD. “Very clean. Only thing I was leary about was the window with no curtain over it in the shower/ bathtub. It looked dark so I'm hoping the window was blacked out. That creeper me out. Needs some kind of curtain covering it.”

“Staff were all very nice. Unfortunately my room smelled of damp mold and the pillows were all terrible!”

“They ask for a $60 deposit when you check in. Doesn't tell you that on the website. Felt. It's a bit strange. Not the safest area s f not many places/ restaurants to eat at. Mostly fast food. Probably not going to stay at this place again”

“The hotel is probably the nicest in Texarkana. The bed was comfortable and the hotel smelled really good. Breakfast was good (and included) and the bar was decorated in a cute tiki theme. Friendly staff”
