“Rented two rooms, TV in both rooms did not turn on. On duty manager fixed the one TV and I fixed the other TV. In the second room the shower handle would not turn on so they could not take a shower. The breakfast food was good but cold. My wife had to ask the attendant to warm it up in the kitchen microwave. The staff were friendly and helpful.”

“The sleeper sofa was filthy and stained. The room smelled moldy. The breakfast staff were inattentive, trash cans overflowing not being emptied. One woman working had her pajamas on still and seemed annoyed when asked if she could refill the apple juice and make more coffee. “Horrid experience. Room smelled like stale cigarettes and regret, the a/c unit half ass worked and the room was humid and uncomfortable. The cleaniness was far below average from previous stays and as significantly declined ea stay in the last 6 weeks.
