Private Studio apartment located in a safe & peaceful East Nashville neighborhood. This unique property is quiet, yet minutes from dozens of East Nashville restaurants, coffee shops and bars, as well as 10 minutes from downtown Nashville.

*Nissan Stadium – 9 mins
*Grand Ole Opry – 10 mins
*Bridgestone Arena – 12 mins
*GEODIS Park (Nashville SC Soccer Stadium) - 15 mins
*Airport – 15 mins

You will have keyless entry with a private entrance & driveway as well as your own private fenced-in yard that your furry friends will love!

We live upstairs and are so excited to welcome you!!

We live a quiet lifestyle and we've done our best to soundproof but it is an older East Nashville home with wood flooring so you will inevitably hear some footsteps or our 2 dogs being dogs.
A sound machine will be provided just in case!

The bathroom has a ceiling clearance of 6’5”. This may be a challenge for taller guests.

We will most likely be on the property during your stay and we are available for anything you may need. We can easily be reached via text or through the VRBO app

Just what I was looking for!
The property was clean, comfortable and easy to find and access while I was visiting family in East Nashville. Nick was responsive and friendly and the neighborhood was quiet and lovely! I will most definitely stay here again!

Great property and neighborhood!
This property was perfect for my husband, our fur babies and myself! It was far enough from downtown to have peace and quiet, but close enough to enjoy broadway of a night! 10/10 recommend staying here and we definitely plan on coming back!

Overnight stay
This was perfect for an overnight stay to see a concert at Bridgestone. We brought our dogs with us and really appreciated the fenced in area for them to potty off-leash. It was a quick Uber ride to downtown.

Totally met our needs
Second time visitors to this property with our dog. All was as we expected. A bottle of wine and snacks for us and our dog were very nice. Mostly used for sleeping and breakfast as our daughter lives in Nashville. Met all our needs. Clean, comfy, and convenient. Would recommend and rent again. Thanks to the owners for everything

Awkward entry and horrible pillows
When I tried to enter, Cleaning help had incorrectly locked the door which made entry awkward if not scary for me. It took 20+ minutes to correct and it finally was fine. I was dismayed and taken aback by the checking out instructions which indicated I had to strip the bed, along w removing the duvet cover. (I had so many more important things to do!)The rest of the check out instructions made me wonder what I was paying the cleaning fee for. The hosts were earnest about making my stay good and with better pillows and easing on checkout instructions, this property will present much better. I repeat: the pillows were rock hard and painful!

Nice little place.
Nice place. Perfect for a couple with a dog. You could get away with one more person if you use the couch. Only issue was can't stop cold air blowing on you. They have a space heater but it's not the temperature, it's the air blowing on you. No control. The turned it off when we contacted them.

Perfect Nashville Experience
My daughter graduated from nursing school and asked for a getaway to Nashville together. We both live in Indiana. This cute studio VRBO has nice parking at the end of a private lighted driveway entrance, and easy keyless access. The neighborhood feels safe and quiet. Although this is a lower level finished basement space we had no issues with noise and felt very happily alone. I might mention that there are two steps up to the bathroom. Not an issue for us but may merit attention. Was this mentioned in the description? The space itself was clean and well appointed for our short stay. We used the refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker but never missed a stove. Who would when there are donuts and coffee easily accessible a few minutes away. Of course our other meals included Rainforest Cafe and delicious tucked away spots featuring barbecue, Mexican and Italian. I was excited to see my old stuffed bear friend at The Chocolate Factory where we chose two of their huge delectable Granny Smith apples covered in all types of goodness! My daughter found her beautiful graduation dress at Macy’s and I thoroughly drank in all goods that the stores had to offer without buying a thing! This VRBO is clean and convenient to Nashville without putting a huge dent in your wallet. Hope this review helps in your rental decision. PS We did leave early in the morning our checkout day because hurricane Helene.was already making her presence known

Great Stay
Communicating with the owners was great, as they were quick to respond. They promptly sent instructions to get to the place, and how to get in, which made it very easy. The studio was clean and stocked, and even has a fenced in area for dogs/ kids. Its nice for a quieter stay in Nashville, and we had no issue getting downtown, but didnt have to deal with the noise.

Sweet Home Away From Home
We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Nice, clean, comfortable studio. Just perfect for us and our dog. The basket of goodies and wine were such a sweet surprise. Everything we needed was there. The neighborhood is quiet and very convenient to go into the city. We will definitely be back next trip to Nashville. Owners were excellent with communicating and offering help in anything we may have needed.

Perfect for a long weekend!
A friend and I booked this property while in town visiting family and attending CMA fest. It was clean and presented as advertised! The hosts graciously provided a few light snacks, water, and a bottle of wine which was so greatly appreciated! We were grateful for the space to walk our dogs and would definitely stay here again.
