“Staff is great, breakfast and dinner are super , beach around is very cheap”

“The hotel and most of the staff were friendly and spoke English. However, we ended up in a corner room surrounded by teenagers throwing parties and barely got any sleep. They had loud music and were so loud that it carried in over the balcony. The staff that night happened to not speak English but with good descriptive sounds he understood and helped. However the noise continued all night and we barely slept. We had to wake up early the next night. The food was good and inexpensive and free...

“Everithing was wonderfull only i think they need beter mattresses ....it is veryyyy important for me mattresses....we was only 2 nights.....for more it is hard....and also i think they need mosquito nets on the windows but i think it is brand new so they will do that....very good host...it is good for parking also”

“First of all, staff was very amazing, friendly and helpful(even with the limited resources given to them) which we're really grateful for!! Which unfortunately we cannot say about the management. We felt like he or she (we never found out) just tried to avoid us with really lame excuses and lies(one example: we've been told that was on a meeting at night and we can meet next morning 10am, half an hour later same night been told that wasn't even at the property).
