Bella casa di tronchi su misura situata su 40 acri tra Nemo e Sturgis nel cuore del Vanocker Canyon. La casa vacanze di livello inferiore con ingresso privato può ospitare otto letti a castello queen-over-queen fatti a mano da Amish. Due serie di doppie porte francesi si aprono su una vista meravigliosa! Cucina gourmet completa con ripiano in granito, TV HD da 60 ", DVD, cavo, WiFi, tavolo da biliardo in legno, bagno di lusso enorme con vasca idromassaggio, doccia separata e comò privato, grill propano e cene all'aperto, vasca idromassaggio a pochi passi, laghetto per trote (catch & release è gratuito - si applica una piccola tassa per tenere il pesce), parcheggio proprio fuori dalla porta. Affitti dell'ATV nelle vicinanze (mappe dei sentieri disponibili); accesso diretto ai sentieri del servizio forestale.

Una doppia amaca caraibica appesa tra due alberi è il luogo ideale per fare un pisolino mentre si comunica con la natura! La fauna selvatica abbonda in questa zona! Vedrai cervi, tacchini selvatici, aquile calve, alci e molto altro. I coyote ti serenano a distanza ogni sera. Abbiamo diversi mangiatoie per uccelli e case di uccelli sulla proprietà. Gli uccelli blu di montagna abbondano e ti stupiranno con la loro bella canzone e il loro brillante colore blu!

Nell'agosto del 1874 il generale George Armstrong Custer si accampò in questa valle. Vivrai la storia! Il libro che descrive la spedizione di Custer è fornito per il tuo divertimento. Gli appassionati di storia lo adoreranno! Con National Forest su tre lati, questo è anche un luogo ideale per escursioni e ATV. Accesso diretto a Kelly Spur Road che collega con oltre 3500 miglia di piste ATV.

La cucina è fornita di caffè, filtri, farina, zucchero e una varietà di spezie. Asciugamani e lenzuola sono forniti. NOTA BENE che ci sono cani e gatti (NON sono ammessi all'interno) sulla proprietà ... se questo è un problema per voi, si prega di scegliere un'altra proprietà. Accetteremo uno o due cani di piccola taglia con un piccolo supplemento.

Il nostro stagno di trote di livello mondiale è pieno di enormi trote arcobaleno. Assicurati di controllare le foto! Forniamo bastoncini da pesca, o siete invitati a portateli da soli. C'è un pozzo del fuoco in fondo al laghetto, così come una griglia a carbone e tavoli da picnic. È il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e distendersi dopo una giornata di visite turistiche nelle splendide Black Hills!

Valentines Get Away

Our stay was fantastic! My wife and I loved everything about this place. The location has amazing views and wildlife that make you feel so far off the beaten path. The house was comfy and easy to fit right home. What truly made this experience was our hosts. Margret and her husband Derito were so sweet and kind. They checked in on us, made us pumpkin cake, and were truly so kind. It was clear they take so much pride in their space and making guests feel welcome. I will absolutely be visiting again!

Great Stay!

This property is amazing. The home itself is very cozy and has everything you need for your stay. The surrounding area is very peaceful and beautiful. We had a great time fishing in the pond and spending time with the residents (both animals and people). We felt like family while we were there. Hopefully we can return soon!

A PERFECT Experience

Words cannot describe how much we enjoyed our stay, between the hot tub, pool table, and fishing pond, our kids were in heaven! The kitchen space made it a breeze to cook meals, and the laundry facilities allowed me to return home without any laundry to do. Dorito cooked us a trout one of my daughters caught from the pond, and Margarets homemade brownies lasted a matter of hours. A central location to all the 'must-sees' of South Dakota, this spot is a haven-like retreat. Thank you for your hospitality Margaret and Dorito, we are planning a return trip next year to visit spots we didn't have time for!

Do yourself a favor and stay at this home away from home! Margaret and Derito create the perfect South Dakota vacation experience for you- they are the perfect hosts. They provide a lot of extras- wine on arrival, fresh baked brownies and even preparing trout that we caught in their pond! It is truly a little slice of paradise in the Black Hills and also has a bit of history tied in with General Custer stationing his men on their property during a short time leading up to the battle of the Little Bighorn. We hope to make it back to Nemo someday!

Great place to relax and unwind

Our stay was perfect. The hosts are wonderful people and gave us a few tips on places to go with our little girls. We absolutely loved the place. Extremely clean accommodations, beautiful property, great hot tub, and an absolutely amazing pond to fish and relax by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our 4 girls (0-10) loved it.

Beautiful, quiet family friendly property

We were very impressed with the private, serene setting where we felt like we were in the wilderness with all the comforts of home. Hosts were very friendly, hospitable and accommodating! Hot tub while watching deer walk through the woods and meadow was a big treat. Definitely recommend this location and will definitely stay here again if we vacation in the black hills again!

Majestic

Three of us from Pennsylvania stayed here for 1 week. We had an absolutely perfect stay from the moment we arrived! Margaret and Dorito are very special people who are committed to making sure their guests come first! Unfortunately, we were away traveling and exploring the epic scenery from sunrise to late at night and have hoped to have spend more time with them. The property was absolutely beautiful, quiet and peaceful! Our host were fabulous! There was wildlife in the area, turkeys, deer and two majestic bald eagles! It was a central location for us to get to where ever we wanted to go.

We had an awesome time that was beyond our expectations. This place is beautiful and is in a perfect location to visit everything in the Black Hills. Margaret and Derito go out of their way to make you feel like family. They are very special people and we really enjoyed this beautiful place and getting to know these awesome people. Relaxed

Terrific getaway for the family. Everything was low key which was perfect. The scerene wooded hills and the valley, comfortable chairs by the pond, and the clear night skies from the hot tub where we've never seen so many stars will be the things we remember most from this trip. Visits from the host's cat and dog, many rounds of 8-Ball on the nice pool table, and the very comfortable living conditions of the basement also leave their mark. The hosts are extremely sweet and accommodating, even stopping by with some well received brownies and ice cream. Love the property and highly recommend!

The best part of an amazing vacation!

Our family absolutely loved staying at Custer Camp. Margaret and Derito are very gracious and it was a pleasure to meet them. The home and property are so beautiful and perfect, like out of a painting. The trout pond is incredible and the home is clean and fun with plenty to do inside and out. We wished we could stay another week just to hang out at the cabin.

Picture Perfect

This place really is picture perfect, it’s that beautiful. Two of the best host I have ever met in my lifetime. I would have loved to stay another week, the weather was fabulous, the scenery was amazing. It’s a quiet,comfortable, peaceful place to relax and just enjoy life. The trout pond is exactly what they say it is, fully stocked, I fished the day before we were to leave,caught a very nice trout. Mr Bonicelli not only cleaned the fish, he sealed it air tight, put it in his freezer, the next morning he give me a cooler put the fish in it, packed it with ice and frozen ice bags for my 22 hour trip back home. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place to stay in this neck of the woods, you will not be disappointed. I want to thank the Bonicelli family agin for their hospitality. Check there place out you will love it

Awesome experience!

House was very neat and clean, and the yard simply beautiful! Enjoyed our time spent at the cabin just as much as the time out and about! Love, loved sitting by the water fall and pond. Hosts were exceptional, giving us plenty of space and privacy, but checking in occasionally and visiting also…even delivering fresh brownies and cucumbers! And filling the hot tub especially for us. Definitely recommend!

Such a relaxing stay in a beautiful area. The property and home is absolutely beautiful. 30 minute drive or so to Rapid City which has restaurants and grocery stores. The hosts were terrific and available if needed, and the bottle of wine upon arrival was such a thoughtful addition to an overall great stay!
