“The property and views were exceptional! Very clean, well maintained and welcoming. The managers do a great job with supplying the essentials and left a welcome basket (which we all enjoyed). Communication with Don was excellent! He responded within minutes to all my questions and was very friendly and accommodating. There is not one complaint, we'd stay here again in a heart beat! “The house is beautifully constructed and decorated. The kitchen if fully stocked with spices and cooking oils. The owner provides sheets, towels and beach towels. The wrap around porch is great for relaxing in the evenings and the beach is well maintained and clean. The shed at the beach has bocce and shuffleboard which we had fun using. I highly recommend this house for your next vacation.”

“The Lodge at Sunapee Stays was a great place to stay at, comfortable bed, heat pump works great for heating room. The bidet toilet was a first for me, and actually was nice to use. The activity room is also very nice and clean with a lot of options.”

“My wife and I were in town for a family gathering and spent three nights at Blue Bear Inn. The building is very quaint and homey, but has all of the amenities you need to provide a very comfortable stay. The location is very pretty with nice views. The restaurant serves good food at reasonable prices and the bartender knows his business well. All in all we enjoyed our experience and will definitely stay there again when return, ”

“Beautiful property! We rented this for an intimate wedding ceremony by the water with a dock for our boat entry. The setting was perfect! The house was spotless and exceeded my expectations. There is a small country store 10 minutes away that had everything we needed like coffee and snacks. There is a delicious pizza place 14 minutes away that served as a Friday night treat. “My wife, two boys and I had a wonderful short stay at this property in July. It was clean and comfortable, and perfect for what we were looking for. It was very conveniently located and close to all of the activities we did including hiking (Flume Gorge Trail, Mount Pemigewasset Trail, Basin Cascade Trail), Echo Lake swimming, Cannon Mountain Tramway and more!
