“What sold me on choosing this place was that they had a restaurant downstairs. We had been driving literally all day and didn’t want to venture out in the cold with hungry tired kids. I recommend making a reservation to the DWNTR to make it easy for everyone because it gets crowded in peak hours. The food is great for shareables and they offer a variety of kinds of foods. “Having elderly parents was a bit of a challenge during our stay. The beds were too low for them. The beds in our room were uncomfortable, they are sunken in. Otherwise, the rooms and facility is excellent in cleanliness!”

“My good friend and I spent the weekend to celebrate my 50th birthday! The wait staff at the restaurant recommended Ten Thousand Waves where we had a great spa day and dinner. The hotel is clean, quiet and convenient. We love the convenience of the hotel because it’s close to everything! We will be back!”

“When doing the reservation, I had made a mistake by one night. We needed to stay an extra night. The service by Brianna at the front desk was EXCELLENT! She went above and beyond to make the change possible and was super helpful. She knows the importance of service and made it all easy for us to enjoy an additional night at the hotel. ”

“My wife very much enjoyed her massage with Donna on Saturday. I have to say the staff was very hospitable. I am pretty sure that it was Devlin who checked us in. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and funny. After a 7 hour drive which ended in some very wet and snowy conditions in the Santa Fe area, Devlin made the check in process very easy and was very helpful with his directions to our great room.
